Sure, but it's surely more than 10 active males so I would rather try to figure out why the remaining.. let's say 20 to not exaggerate don't participate rather than to change the amount because it's fine as it is.

I think I would prefer that the sets come into the game more often. Not all men participate in the lotteries, most of the time it is indeed the case that all men who participate actually receive the prize, and I agree with that. But I agree, 
In the past when I hosted I always had 10-15male winners minimum. 
As for recent comps they're hosted by my peers and I have no control over prize amounts.  🤷
