The spammer looked for there names, digged up old social media profiles, found out where those users live, shared their cellphone numbers etc.

However. VP isn't capable of banning this spammer and there are more and more players that he finds by looking in the list of who people follow.

If there's a 'bangalist' of players that's being spread over VP, yes? The spammer is able to mail everyone on VP. The Admin can't stop him in any way.
