Obviously he's at fault for allowing the spamming to continue? How is it okay for someone to be able to send hundreds of messages to all users on the site within five minutes? It doesn't matter what the content is, it shouldn't be possible. But obviously it's worse when personal information or hurtful comments are being sent.
How do you suggest he stops it? The spammer just uses VPN's and autoclicks to continue this even after his accounts are banned
Don't ask me, I know nothing about how this works. But someone pointed out that a solution had been put in place on the other website, so why can't that be done here?

It was the spamming that was the main issue though. It was not just personal info in those messages, it was comments that were meant to harass people.

Yeah then its fine but there is no way to actually stop them because u can only do so much
there can b a limit to how much u can post/send etc but otherwise there is no solution

DUDE :-( you can't just berate him for not doing anything if you don't have any good suggestions yourself? You still have no way of proving he is "obviously at fault" for the spamming
