piss jokes is a start, we love to see it
i tend to use somewhat formal terms (yes i hear it) yes..........but i can see that i might have come off as very formal here, and support-like. i suppose i wanted to show that i take this seriously, and want to do a good job. i hear you though, and i will definitely work on not over-doing it - and rather just be super formal and clear when addressing concerns directly or sending a proper "mod message" so to speak.

Just a lot of us are busy and bootcamp takes a lot of time to prepare/do, time that we unfortunately don't have currently. I've been the one to set up bootcamp in the past, but I have a lot going on irl and trying to get things going behind the scenes.

I'll be honest with you, I have sat down and wrote so much to some mods, the admins, might be things behind the scenes? but I have expressed so much and seen not a lot done,
Mot of the hopes I had before are pretty much gone and I am basically just awaiting to see the inevitable "end" of this place.
I have 0 trust in any proper "fix" happening that will truly change things for the better, nor do I think that most things that were suggested by the users were taken into consideration,

totally understandable that you don't have faith in changes being made if this is your experience so far, so i understand if you do not take my vows to 'look into it' to heart, so i'm not going to try to convince you. 
i do genuinely want to look into it and make an actual difference though. time will tell if i will succeed in doing so.
