It's fun for maybe two days, having an event where it's dragged out and basically no info is being given, isn't very fun to me.
I can tell others are bored too because at the start there were a lot more posts being made throughout the day, now there's just a couple replies each day, mostly from supportive friends.
My tip for next time maybe, maybe include more info instead of a slowly de-blurring picture. And only drag it out for two days, maybe three tops.
No one on vp likes waiting for anything.
I'm pretty patient, but this has honestly lost my attention.
A little more backstory development would have been great and more exciting rather than " the ghosts are gonna kill us if we tell you", now there aren't even ghosts, it's suddenly the godfather??? (The storyline made seems inconsistent since y'all just went from ghosts to godfather)
I think what would be more exciting is, if the godfather that's been brought up out of nowhere (and the ghosts are gone?? Since it's suddenly the godfather today and no further mention of ghosts) Had taken a group member hostage for trying to give more details than they should and you can't tell any more secrets or details or another member would be taken or something like that. And only godfather approved hint would be given, and maybe another group member gives a secret detail so they too get dragged off as a hostage too. (Hostages wouldn't be able to post in the threads because well, they'd be taken hostage lol)
Or if maybe the ghosts had been people the godfather killed and they were properly introduced like "I'm Andy white, I was killed by the godfather because I stole his money, here's a hint for today xxxxxxx"
I'm just throwing ideas at this point.
Because the inconsistency of the story is kindof off putting.
The thread was an extra with hints since part of the people do not usually check VPs tumblr (which it's a shame) and a way to catch their attention. I have to disagree with you since most of the people here are being supportive and kind and NOT because they are our friends, they came here waiting for updates and to talk, we reply people because interacting is a good way to know each other better and discuss about what's going on. We just did not want to make it obvious like people see it and figure out "oh ok, it's this stuff, uh". The things said are all from our event in a very random way so everyone would have to think harder to discover wth it was. The blurred pics are a sneak peak of our amazing prizes and there is an important detail there but I can guarantee you that if you are acquainted with things (the key-words used to make a sentence) that we said from the very first beginning here and in the pics description you'd find out how some people already did, it is a puzzle and, you know, it's not meant to be easy! And I know some people are impatient but we are promoting it for a good reason, so people will be updated and do not miss the event. We introduced different characters here, ghosts and lunatics and mafia and all the good stuff, they are connected as I said before but you have to place the right part in this puzzle! And I can not anticipate but we have a story to share and hope you like it. You as a Team Member should know how to work harder to do their best for users and since you were a newbie one day that we're giving even more than our best to make everything right. Thank you, we're taking your constructive critique and will use it for future plans because we will not stop from here!
