Did you not read my last sentence? It is not like that so, as i said, don't.
If it was because i wanted them to move, things wouldn't get moved. You must confuse me with someone else. Because, as i said, i haven't asked for something to be moved for my own sake in MONTHS. Only when the foreground category came here and everything got put there that shouldn't.

it doesnt get discussed, some desiger just does it if they get annoyed enough times abt it or if it really was a mistake

In all fairness unless Wishbone pushes the item the placement will only be for server it's changed on.
