we're discussing possible fixes to suggest to etjen for this cause it was definitely overlooked, ideally like a drop down box where u can select what team you are intending to submit for. no idea if/when it could be implemented cause gettin ppl to code stuff can be time consuming and costly.

for the mean time, my best suggestion would be to write what team you want the set to go to in the set id, so like. just add "event team" or "et" to the end of a set id so designers know where you're sending the set off to

and as for this question, no! you can post it in the et design comp thread as soon as you've uploaded (or even before, but preferably after) and even if your design isn't accepted it's up to ET's discretion to award you or not with the shown effort prize
