essentially they (we) are apart of a boot camp given a set of tasks to emulate that of what SMT does
After 3 weeks they (SMT members) will choose who will go forward in a trial period from both of the teams based on team work, participation, activeness, etc

This is more or less to let SMT members see who they think is fit to be in the team
