But with the 24 hour clock, each number on the face is 2.5 minutes… now we’re dealing with fractions. What’s 2.5x6? The math is still doable, it’s simply more awkward."

though I'm not saying it's better because it still gives the same result so it doesn't really matter

A clock looks like this:

An analogue clock doesn't suddenly look different, it's only digital time that looks different.
