there's only two countries with their own server, the dutch & the germans, so that makes this the "international" server
which is why we have GMT time cause its easier for people to work out their own times relative to server time

No, it's more like the British server. Most people on this server are European. Last time I checked there were more countries than Germany and The Netherlands in Europe...

My main worry was getting it done before Halloween without taking into consideration notice.
