When people on my team consistently and constantly  mess up they get replaced by people who are more capable of following guidelines. 🤷‍♀️

 this! it's not like it's only a one-time thing (here on vp) it happens over and over and still nothing is being done and sending in complaints doesn't help either since no changes are being made
