Sounds like the person is finding the photos and other information based on personal info that VP users willingly share. There's nothing Kaj or VP can do about that.

Please read this thread back a bit more carefully. Several "solutions" have been proposed that should work. In addition, this isn't a "new" problem. This spammer has been active for a long period now, and that Kaj choose to ignore it when it was basically just a lot of swearing and disrespectful comments........ I guess I can sort of accept that, but now personal information is being spammed around the site multiple times in a short time span Kaj should take action and he can.

it gets send to every online user through the vp mail function, the mods and admins delete it ASAP but I've seen the email and people's info.

It is posted on VP. It's mailed to every Dutch player. 

People can spam everything on VP. Not just personal info they found online.

We don't know, but I do know for example that if you create an account on VirtualPopstar or any other website, your information gets stored in a database, things such as username, password and your email address. If you can hack that you can easily trace someone's email address and find information about them. If I write down my email in Google, I don't find anything interesting, but as soon as I look up ''Who does this email address belong to?" and I write down my email address, I find information such as websites where this email address belongs to. Like if I use an email made for vp and vp only, and I suddenly decide to go onto a website and register a user there, and I use that email to find where my email is registered, I can literally find every website with that email address where I registered a user with it. Sometimes it can even send me to the profile of the user it was send to. All I'm saying is, if you know a bit about computers and security, it's easy to figure this type of info out. 

Also, the Dutch server uses WhatsApp for many of their teams so you gotta share your phone number if you become a member of a team (It's not neccessary but you'll have to check the forums more if you don't send it) so if you apply to become a newsteam member for example and you share your phonenumber with someone from that team and some user leaves that team and still has your phonenumber, you can literally write down the phone number on Google and trace information about someone. Information such as first name, your ip address and so much more.

Like, let's say you use these methods and you figured out somebodies first and last name, you can pretty much find their instagram, their facebook and possibly what school they went to and a lot of more information.

And don't forget, we're not talking about leaking info, but we're also talking about the person who did this spamming us in a short amount of time, sending us to ''your cancer mothers'' for over a hundred times in a small amount of time. It's ridiculous that this is even possible.

and that's a very important discussion to have! but that's not the discussion we (from the dutch server) are interested in currently because A) in some cases the people targeted shared very little information about themselves B) the main problem currently is the fact that someone is able to spam so much

Exactly. Like if I want to I could just spam you right now with pictures of my Dutch avatar and do that a hundred times in 1 minute. The fact that this is possible doesn't mean that you should use it for wrong things, and that's the issue here. People can just spam people with messages of whatever they want in a short amount of time. It should be more limited.
