Do not ask us to be grateful for bare minimum. That's just demeaning towards designers and people working towards keeping this site alive and working. You know you're gonna have to take a lot of responsibility while applying for an admin, you need to be able to fulfill your duties. We had 1 admin doing all the work alone before, this isn't a job that requires 2 people, so how come even 2 admins are struggling to do their job?

Again, it is not a 2 people job. We've had 1 admin before, our last admin did all the work by herself and she did it well. You say I don't know their situations exactly, which is correct and I don't claim to, yet then you say the job was done badly "before" and "in a smaller scale and with smaller stakes" which is something you would not be able to know either since you are not and have never been a member of DT. We are, in fact, talking about the job being done right now, right this moment and that it's been going on for months and months. I have complained to them before, as I've mentioned before our concerns are not acknowledged or straight up ignored.
I did not make this conversation hostile, but you calling me mean and claiming stuff you would not know did.
