considering all other websites say different the currency probably isnt correct
but the point is that u probably got a 5 sek currency fee on top of the already 250 sek, which is why the card didnt work

Yes. On paypal you can use a creditcard or you can transfer money from your bankaccount to paypal and use it the same way you would use PSC. But you can transfer any amount of money to your paypal account.
