It's always a reason. It's not like team members wants this to happen.
But they shouldn't be claimed until an hour before the event is live.

It would be amazing if that would be possible but because the English server has people from all over the world with different timezones that's not really possible, unfortunately. 
It sure is possible to claim the same day at least. My comment was an example. You sound like we should keep on the way we've done before and that sure isn't sustainable. I just try to come up with a solution. lmao.
