I said they didn't NEED to ask, but it would have been nice if they did at least take it into consideration before remaking it. Its simply being polite.

Got nothing to do with yesterday -_-. I was stateing my option like everyone else. Not my fault you don't agree with it.

That might be case. Not like they put name of designer under every item like gsm did.

Which is also why I put 'People should look around first before they design something'
But seeing as the colour is very close to one of the others I assume they know about them - though it could still be a coincidence on that part.
 
And yeah, I am allowed to be disappointed.. Being polite is a good thing and although you don't have to be I'm disappointed that people aren't. 
 
Also note what 'need' means... you need to eat you need to breath. Need referring to something that is absolutely nessersairy to do.
You don't need to help someone up if they fall over, but its good and polite to.

But how can they be polite if they don't know YOU made them. They may of thought it was a design off DM for all you know.

Well how do you know that's not what they thought?
They could of been new for VP for all we know. We don't know who submitted it. If anything you should be honored that you have opened up a new range of items for designers to design within so we have different versions of what appears to be the same item only isn't. 

Claire re-did my Celestia wings and I found out about this after or just before she sent them off. I was honored that she wanted to re-do them and improve them in fact, but with the mermaid tails...same idea but all completed own concepts and styles of drawing them. It would be like me doing one in a different style so it's not the same to yours.
