No it doesn't work on phone/ipad, but I upload from ipad by using the puffin browser, because it has an option where u can use a fake mouse thing and use the mouse to drag the items like how u would on computer, its a slow browser tho but it works. Also u can upload the items from phone/ipad, save the set and then place them on computer after if thats easier and u don't want to mess with exporting the images to ur computer if u design on smth else

I can see even if its not rlly zoomed in, but it helps to do it just to make 100% sure its placed right and also its easier to hit the spot since the more zoomed in the site is, the less sensitive it will be so u won't accidentally move the item 1 pixel in either direction by accident when u drop it
