Just a lot of us are busy and bootcamp takes a lot of time to prepare/do, time that we unfortunately don't have currently. I've been the one to set up bootcamp in the past, but I have a lot going on irl and trying to get things going behind the scenes.

Oh irl problems can bite you in the ass so hard..
is there literally no one else that can step up instead of you? or build a bootcamp, take one that you made and refine it? something of the sort?

Mot of the hopes I had before are pretty much gone and I am basically just awaiting to see the inevitable "end" of this place.

totally understandable that you don't have faith in changes being made if this is your experience so far, so i understand if you do not take my vows to 'look into it' to heart, so i'm not going to try to convince you.
i do genuinely want to look into it and make an actual difference though. time will tell if i will succeed in doing so.

I just hope you yourself won't get burned in the process

that is more than fair, and there is no need for them to go public at all! just saying for this serious an allegation needs to be supported by proof when brought to the admin team, or else it cannot be acted upon. if they have shared it with 15 people, maybe they would be comfortable sharing it with a trusted admin as well? etjen for instance is very impartial, as they do not engage with mods on a personal level that way - so they should be able to make a fair decision based on the provided evidence.
