what program are you using? majority of editing programs have the option to sort of dumb an audio file in them and then you can drag it to the editor and play around with it

search youtube for royalty free background music, you can download it with browser extentions or with sites like youtube to mp3
ytmp3s.nu/mGBZ/

you want to make sure the audio is in an audio format like .mp3 or .wav, since a video file might need an extra track and that will depend on what your program allows!

if you're still struggling later i can try to walk you through it on discord tonight? im at my brothers from 16 n prolly a couple of hours but im free in the evening so just @ me and we can try to figure it out together!!

thank you dc!!! i couldn't access that link because it wasnt available in my country. i still didn't find anything too easy to understand (im super technology dumb sorry!) but i hope thats something i can continue to research and hopefully find my suitable preference for. i sent my yt team applications anyway, so im hoping for a first video, it will be enough q(≧▽≦q)
