Sims 3 cheat codes

So, I'm playing sims for the first time in my life since my bby gave me his origin account. And now I need help

I don't actually need codes yet as I'm still creating my sims. I just don't know how to put it other way - I'd like to add more hairs and clothes. How do I do that?? I've found sites to download stuff but what do I do after downloading?

Sorry I only know the cheats for Sims2. If i'm not mistaken "moderlode" and "maxmotives" work for Sims3 too

There's a cheat code called 'Help' it'll show you all the available cheat codes.
There might be some hidden ones too, I don't remember.

u should have an EA folder
and you should put them in the folder in that folder called "Mods"
and allow those mods in the game

u dont need codes

idk, this is for sims4, it may be different with sims3, but u can try :)

To download you can both download different file typed.
.package or .sims3pack.
For the package files you need some other file to download, you can see the description on modthesims page, I would link it but I'm on my phone so I can't.
The other Sims files should turn up on the start screen of the Sims game, before you go into the actual game, under the category downloads, from there you can download them to the game.

It should turn up in you game automatically.

Omg what is an EA folder
I'm so stupid with these kind of things
I'll try doing that, maybe I figure out the folders too

It might also be at first, but when you understand what you're doing it's quite easy.
