Why did I get the HOF set?

I did play a game last sunday but it was before 10pm and got the set back then but I don't understand why I got it now too?

The game top 10 have been fucked up for a while on this account and my score from last week stayed there this week too but when I switched to my side and looked at the top 10 it was different. Also created a new account to check it again and it was showing the same top 10 as my side and I wasn't on the list

Is this a feature I'm unaware of or what I'm puzzled

Edit: also is this the right category for this topic lmao? I was thinking of creating it in the bug section but is this a bug idk

I think they changed so that the male HOF set is used for more than one week because there isn't enough designs for males. This week's set was the same as last week
