This is fantastic. The only problems i can see are somewhat nitpicky, but i have a thing about symmetry and the straps of the vest are different thicknesses, and the s-shape of the blouse is pronounced in such a way that it looks like it's worn in a messy manner, so I would suggest moving a line segment left of right--the longest line segment on the top of her bust a pixel right if the button line should be centered, or the longest line segment beneath the bust a pixel left for a slightly off-center button line. is there a better word for that, button line? seam?
actually i think the buttons on a woman's shirt are supposed to be on the other side, so if you decide to make it off-center maybe you should flip it, too. or maybe i just pay too much attention to details. probably that.
