No,no,no not that... when you click on a persons Profile you see its colord right? and some people have it fully colored like this lady: en.virtualpopstar.com/home/profile?user=Damjal
its fully yellow but for others who have 2M fans too it isnt and thats my question why this happens

No... its like on Damjal's profile its all yellow, your's isnt fully colored like that (with green) u get me?

It's under edit profile. You can choose between some colors there.
