This is an official announcement from our team regarding the claiming of prize codes. We have recently had a few cases of needing to extend codes because winners didn't claim them in time and therefore felt the need to address the situation.
We usually get the codes coded so they will work for a while after the relevant competition ends to ensure that all winners get a chance to claim the code.
If it happens that the process is somehow delayed so that the codes expire shortly after the prize messages are sent out we will happily extend the code for you. However, as we assume most people should be able to log on once during five days to claim the prize, meaning from now on, we will not extend codes further after five days from sending out prize messages, and any messages asking so will not be responded to. This rule still applies if you weren't able to claim the code in time due to a time out
