the management as a whole seems just SO messy and unprofessional, of SO many things, and I'm not saying it or pointing it towards anyone specific, but it's so bad because not everyone will enforce the rules, we'll have new people, trolls, people in heated fights as ppl here are passionate well... yes
and ofc the management team doesn't HAVE to be strictly professional but like? 
but this? this is such a shit way to deal with it, and it is SUPER easy to make it much better

make rules clearer for ppl as some can't follow em, and for the mods to act better
