i'm p sure it requires several years + next to nothing in ur wd. i asked my current username to b freed and the acc had logged in only during the same year it was created, and it was in the mid 2010s iirc

I believe they just change the usernames of those accounts so they are still around. Pretty sure it is only Etjen that can delete accounts
