In one of our latest communications, we wrote that “we are rethinking the Wheel of Fortune and adding a ‘PlayPass’ section whereby you can unlock a box with set items every time you log in”.
The Wheel of Fortune will get different prizes, but the PlayPass is something completely new for VP.
PlayPass is a ‘BattlePass’ based setup whereby you can collect a complete set, and some other prizes, by simply logging in every day and unlocking or claiming the unopened boxes.
At times you simply click on the box to unlock it, though on other occasions you could be asked to complete certain objectives before you can claim your items.
If you haven’t logged in for a few days, you could still open the box by getting a Golden Key.
If you have a Diamond Membership, you will already have received a few Golden keys but otherwise, you could earn the key. Some possible ideas to earn a key are, for instance, by creating a blog, leaving guestbook comments, writing forum posts, finalising a quest, reaching a certain Popstar-level and even if you have consistently logged in for a certain number of days in a row.
Soon you will also see one of our new layouts that we are working on and after we’ve launched the PlayPass, we will be improving the ‘Level Up’ reward and adding other things to make playing VP more interesting.
