Scenario A:
Dealing With Conflict
A user doesn't like you at all and doesn't want you to be a moderator. They made multiple threads and star talks, painting you in a bad light, and trying to negatively influence other people's opinion of you. It's a personal attack in which things are being said that are not okay.
How do you handle this?
Scenario B:
Event Management
A community-wide event is taking place, and a group of users are complaining in the event thread that the rules are unclear or unfair. Their frustration is growing, and they’re starting to derail the thread. How would you manage this feedback while keeping the event on track and ensuring all participants feel heard?
Scenario C:
Helping Users
Galinda posts in the forum asking for help understanding how to participate in activities and avoid breaking any rules. Elphaba responds with misinformation. How would you handle this situation to guide the new user correctly and ensure accurate information is shared?
The deadline is the 28th of February, 11.59 pm CET
We look forward to your applications!
