if you want a solid color bg then all you need to do is make a small square in paint (or other image manip software) in your color of choice and then use that. here's a pink one:

i haven't tried on mobile but it should work in theory! if you can get the link i posted in the bg section of your settings. should be similar with banners c:

it should work as long as i don't delete it from the site i uploaded it on ^^ if you have any pic you wanna use as your bg, feel free to post/send me a link to it and i'll see if i can get it working for you c:
