But I would also love to play the daughter (River family as well) and in that case have her secret being an abortion or maybe a miscarriage due to drug abuse.

The second idea is pretty interesting when you point out the miscarriage. It would be something that had to have been craftily disguised. Would she be wanting to get clean post her miscarriage? It concerns me on the level of causing two secrets when a character should only have one. It could always be that she did have an addiction, but has been trying to get clean since the miscarriage (with the miscarriage being the secret itself). It also means that she would have had to have been hiding a pregnancy.

Ooooh I love coming up with convoluted story plots. xD It's a weird hobby of mine.

Maybe she, or her parents, decided to cover up her entire pregnancy by sending her away to "rehab" when in reality, she was beginning to show. And then, she gets to come home because she ends up having a  miscarriage. God, I'm getting too invested in both of these ideas. I need to pick one already.

I'm still all for the "rehab" being a cover up for the miscarriage, but it does mean you'll need to fill out the Confidant section for the mother. If it becomes a bit of a problem to fill in, I'll fill the role myself, but I have no issues waiting this one out for a while as well.

And no, I thought it might be interesting if the daughter was about to tell Neal, but then decided not to when he got into the accident, assuming he wasn't ready for any form of responsibility yet. Then, when she comes back from 'rehab', she starts to second guess her decision cause maybe he's changed? I mean, getting a job as a police officer is quite an accomplishment.

However, he and your character being friends will create some interesting conflict. Like, I'm thinking the Brooks and River families often don't get on with each other to begin with, and then those two being friendly can cause some tension between family members.

Also: AND about personality as well, I feel like I need to describe my character a bit considering her family and your character are supposed to know each other?

I did purposely leave out a section for a picture link, but I won't disallow it. I can tack it in if you want to send the link with it. I just like reading how someone might describe their character.

Personality-wise, I do prefer that gets described in the RP itself as a kind of surprise. This way there can be a bit of impromptu conflict when needed.
