Waverly was at the school's counciller's office, wiping away her tears as she listened to him tell her exactly what to do. She nodded her head, grabbing her bag and thanked him for listening to her. She hated being alone: her so called friends were only there for her when she was happy and in a good mood. They didn't want to deal with what she went through and didn't even have the nerve to help her get through everything. She sighed as she closed the door, looking at the orange piece of paper that had her next appointment on it. She couldn't hang on till then, she knew she wouldn't. Nobody else knew what she went through and she stuffed the paper in her bag.
As she quickly walked outside, she plastered a smile on her face and waited for the bell to ring.
It seemed like forever.
// Pierce woke up to the sound of his parents arguing again. He groaned as he rolled over to his side, wondering when they would stop. His parents were never close and he knew that someday they'd get divorced. In all honesty, even when he acted like he never cared he actually did. Every day he was losing parts of his family and it was hard to think that someday he'd be lost and wouldn't have anyone to talk to. He got out of bed and took a quick shower, letting the stress go away. He pulled on a jumper, chinos and vans. As he walked past their bedroom, he kicked the door, his way of saying knock it off. At once, everything was silent and he headed into his car, not having the will to eat. Driving off to school, he wondered what his parents were arguing about know.
They could turn anything into an argument.
