Mia was sitting at one of the lunch tables with a younger student, she often spent most of her mornings at the school doing some tutoring. It was tons of fun, and plus she got paid for it. Around 20 minutes before classes started, she shut her book and told the student what he needed to work on. She said goodbye and then walked off. She walked over to her locker and noticed that not many students were there. She wondered why everyone wasn't there. She looked across the hall and saw her crush Blake, she started to blush and waved slightly, looking away.

Eli had just pulled into the school's parking lot, he got out of his car with his coffee in hand. He grumbled as he walked in, he hated school and couldn't wait to graduate soon. He didn't even bother going to his locker, he just sat on the couches and closed his eyes. He heard his friends talking to him, but he just ignored them. He had pulled an all nighter just to finish a big project that was due.
