fack you mannnn
~

Cole clenched his jaw, looking over his shoulder at her.
"I'm not." He shook his head and turned his head back around, staring at a blank wall. He took another long drag. "I hope she does bring that oaf back tonight. I hope they fuck each others brains out for 6 hours straight and I hope they get married because at least then I won't have to deal with her loving me." He stood up, brushing the back of his jeans off. "She was only ever a bang, Auden." He toked the last of the fag and threw it against the wall, like you would a dart.

Katia turned and looking up at him, she displayed no emotion on her face. It was set like stone. She shook her hand, loosing him off her before shaking her head,
"The engagement was a joke. It was just to hide what you did." She looked down at her hand, at the ring on her middle finger. She slowly slid it off and then pushed it, with a smack, into his chest. "Fuck you" she spat before turning and walking off into the crowd.
She needed someone and when she spotted Aislin, she immediately made her way over. Only when she was stood in front of her did the pain suddenly smack her in the chest. She clenched her jaw and spoke through gritted teeth, as her eyes began to tear.
"I need you."

hush hush, you love me.

-
Aislin was stopped midway giggle by a soft tap on her shoulder. She turned in the booth to find Katia, tears brimming in her eyes while a few managed to slip down. She turned back towards Patrick and excused herself before sliding out of her chair and taking Katia by the arm. As she led her to the restroom, she'd already figured that there must've been some problem between her and Alex. When they'd finally made it inside, thanks to Aislin's pushing past the queue, she turned and faced Katia. "It's Alex yeah?"

Auden listened to him as she released her final drag. She flicked her cigarette onto the ground, watching carefully as it fell on the floor and the ember started to fade. "Oh, is this what this is all about? Aislin loving you?" She smirked before turning to look at him over her shoulder. "Don't be such a sod. If what you're saying is true, her being a just a bang, then you shouldn't be this worked up about it. Unless she's actually more than just a bang." Her eyebrows raised as she manoeuvred herself on the crate so that she was fully facing him.

Alex swallowed hard after she'd slapped the wing into his chest. It took a few minutes for him to register what'd just taken place. He breathed in deeply before looking around the club. The upbeat music, the people dancing, it all seemed inappropriate and annoying. He looked down at the ring, turning it over in his fingers before shoving it deep down into his pockets. He questioned whether or not he should go after her, fearing that it would only make things worse. He shook his head before tearing through the crowd and leaving the club.

Katia was holding it together tremendously considering how broken she actually felt. She didn't even feel like it was because he cheated, it was because she felt it was her fault. They'd been arguing about her when he did it, she basically drove him to it. As soon as these thoughts came, others battled against it that there's never an excuse to cheat. Ever. She felt like a complete mess, crazy even.
Once they were safely in the restrooms and she asked, Katia slowly nodded her head once. She inhaled deeply before talking.
"He cheated. Slept with a stranger in a club after taking pills. I know her but that doesn't even fucking matter. Why would he do this to me?" As she looked down at the now empty ring finger, tears spilled across her cheeks. "It's so embarrassing and humiliating, how happy I was. I was stupid, I was a complete fucking idiot."

TJ had been stood for a while, waiting, and he was beginning to become agitated. Why were they taking so long? He had had quite a few drinks while waiting and although he appeared cool, he was drunk. His vision was messy and he was practically gasping for a cigarette. He didn't want to move in case Auden came back so he stayed put, becoming more and more restless.

Cole turned to look at her, raising his eyebrow.
"Stop trying to be some sore of fucking therapist. I'm not worked up, when you came out I told you I was fine... and I am. So just leave it, ok?" There was a pause and he rolled his eyes, making himself laugh it off with a smirk. She was only trying to help and he was repeating it in head so as not to lose his temper. Cole didn't like hearing the truth, though.
He shook his head, the smirk still there as he walked over to her to ruffle her hair. "You little monkey." He spoke through gritted teeth, like a parent would to a child they'd love to smack but can't in public.

Aislin's eyebrows raised after Katia told her about Alex's cheating. She remembered how she'd been so bent out of shape about Cole screwing around with Auden, and they weren't even dating. But what about TJ, who knew absolutely nothing about the situation? Her eyes watched as tears spilled from Katia's eyes quicker than the time it took to form them. She let out a sigh before wiping some of Katia's tears away and pulling her into a hug. "Kat, if you need me to kick his arse you can just ask. I'll even put on the boots with the studs. But...in the meantime don't waste your time crying over him. He doesn't deserve you."

Auden pursed her lips flatly together as she tried to keep from cracking a smile as he got angry. "Whatever you say. Remind me to pick you up some paracetamol on the way home. You're really crampy today aren't you?" She nodded her head, a sympathetic expression covering her face,

Katia let her embrace her but didn't let it last long. She pulled away, wiped her eyes and inhaled deeply again.
"You're right, I know. Please don't let me ruin your night so stay out, have fun." She smiled, her lips pursed together tightly. "I think it's best I just go home and burn his things." She nodded her head once, turned and walked out. She sliced through the crowd and quickly got in a taxi to get home. Only then, completely alone, did she begin to sob.

"Even if I was crampy, paracetamol wouldn't do anything." He rolled his eyes and then smirked. "Anyway. Before you judge me on my relationships, why don't you take a look at your own? Can't be that great if you'd sleep with me?" He raised his eyebrows.

Aislin shook her head as she watched her leave to go home. Looking into the mirror, she reapplied her makeup before leaving the restroom. The talk with Katia had made her think, she had to expose Auden. Otherwise she was only assisting in concealing a lie. She searched around the club, hoping that Auden was away from TJ. When she found him standing close to the bar, she tried to calm her nerves as she tried to figure out something to say. When she reached him, she smiled weakly. "Mind if we talk?"

Auden shrugged her shoulders before tilting her head back to look up at the sky that had grown considerably darker since they'd first arrived. "I only slept with you because I was drunk, bored and my boyfriend was away to do the job." She nodded her head, as she glanced over at him, a smirk playing on her lips.

Alex sighed as he opened the door to the house. He decided that he was going to at least have a try at talking to Katia. Things couldn't get better if he just left everything alone. He closed the door behind himself and walked into the kitchen, grabbing a bottle of water before taking a seat on the sofa.

As the taxi neared the house, she forced herself to stop. She knew Alex would be inside waiting and she didn't want him to see her upset. She didn't want to appear weak, that wasn't her. She paid the fare and got out, looking up at the house. She pulled out a cigarette and smoked it while she calmed herself, drying her tears and allowing the blotches fade. Once she finished it, she tossed it aside and went inside. She saw him sat on the sofa but she didn't say anything. She just stood there and looked at him.

TJ looked at Aislin and cocked his head, raising an eyebrow?
"Sure, why not?" He glanced around the busy club quickly. "Somewhere quiet?" He walked through the crowd toward a quiet spot, near the one where Alex and Cara had spoken. He faced her and crossed his arms.
"So, you alright or?"

Cole smirked.
"Hey, if those excuses are good enough for Theodore, they're good enough for me." He tilted his head, the smirk even wider. "C'mon though, Aud. Admit it. I'm pretty fucking amazing in the sack. I had you gasping for air and you're still walking funny from it."

Aislin played with her fingers nervously as the words formed around in her mind. She nodded to his question before she leaned against the wall and crossed her arms. "Yeah, I'm fine. I just needed to tell you something." Part of her questioned whether or not it was worth it. What if he didn't believe her? Or what if he went off and did something completely stupid. She sighed, concluding that it didn't matter. He had to know. "Alright, this morning I heard Auden and Cole speaking in your room...and well I heard..." She bit her lips as she shifted her weight on the wall again, "They slept together..."

Auden pushed him playfully as a giggle escaped. "I wouldn't call you good, I guess I could call you okay. And the walking is because of a pulled muscle er...during sleep, not from sleeping with you." She smirked. "But I bet I was pretty great for you as well. Auden has to get tiring after awhile."

Alex looked up from the plastic bottle when he heard her enter the living room. He watched her for a moment, wondering if she was going to take a seat next to him or continue to stand. When she didn't say a word, he felt as if a rope were being pulled tighter and tighter inside of his stomach. "I know saying sorry won't make up for anything as it won't undo what I've done already. But, I swear I feel horrible about what I've done. Knowing that you're hurting and that I've caused it...it kills me. I love you Katia, and I don't think ending this all over a stupid thing that I did is a good idea. I need you." He sighed as he pulled out the ring and placed it on the coffee table.

TJ began to feel a little nervous when he saw nervous she was, playing with her fingers anxiously. He straightened up a little as she spoke, frowning. When she finally said they slept together, he froze. He went pale as he uncrossed his arms, reaching up to run his hands through his hair. He shook his head, already decided on what he was going to do. He clenched his jaw and looked down at her, square in the eye.
"Are you sure?"

Cole nodded slowly, winking at her.
"Oh yeah, sure, pulled muscle... in your vagina, makes sense, yeah." He shrugged his shoulders. "I've had an array of women in my time, you silly woman."

Katia shook her head, narrowing her eyes slightly.
"That 'stupid thing' you did was sleeping with another woman, Alex. In a cheap sleazy club in a fucking toilet cubicle. I can never forgive you for this." There was a slight tremor in her voice as she continued, "You had me believing that everything was going to be fine, that I was going to be happy. How stupid am I?" She looked down at her hands, her palms raised upwards as she questioned herself.

Aislin nodded her head as she watched his skin grow paler from her sentence. "Pretty damn sure. At first there were scratches and then I made an assumption and he confirmed it." She reached her hand out and gave his shoulder a slight squeeze. "I'm sorry. I'm going to get back inside though...I left a guy waiting. Just don't do anything." Patting his shoulder, she walked back into the club and looked around for Patrick.

Auden eyebrows furrowed as she shook her head, frowning a bit. "Not in my vagina...in my leg. Just shut up." She smirked at his statement about getting around. "I hope you get tested often. Otherwise one day it might just crinkle up and fall off."

Alex pinched the space between her eyes, a feeling of hopelessness began to surround him. "Was I wrong for not telling you after it happened? Yes of course. I honestly wanted to believe that everything was going to be fine. It was a mistake I made in the heat of the moment and it meant nothing." He leant back into his chair, watching her for a minute. He was pretty surprised that she hadn't gotten up and left him just yet. "So are you telling me, we're done?"

TJ stood still as she spoke and then disappeared. Auden and Cole. Auden and that fucking prick Cole. Behind his back. Sleeping together. He frowned and buried the heel of his hands into his eyebrows. The swirl of alcohol in his system wasn't helping his train of thought but all he could think was he had to destroy Cole. He clenched his fists and went back in the club. When he couldn't find him, he knew they'd be outside. They were probably sleeping together right now in an alley some where. He pushed past people to get to the exit where he found them, talking. You could tell something was wrong just by looking at him but Cole had other thoughts. "Hey buddy," Cole smirked and waved his hand, "we were actually just talking about you!" He went to laugh but TJ landed one punch on his jaw that sent him stumbling back. Cole's lip was suddenly bust open and trickling with blood. He was stunned and before he could grasp what had happened, TJ landed another one. And another one until Cole was on the floor, wrestling to get away but struggling beneath TJ.

Katia stayed silent while she thought, looking up to the ceiling as if hoping the answer would be scribbled there. She frowned and then looked forward at him, her face sad and just completely hopeless.
"I don't think I can forgive you for this, Alex." Her eyes suddenly welled up and she raised her hands to cover them, wanting to just cry and fall apart.

Aislin stood up and dialed for a taxi to take her and the guy home. She found him interesting and he'd managed to score big points with her. So she figured tonight he could stay over.

Auden turned when she heard the backdoor of the club opening. "Hey T-" She started, but was interrupted when he quickly rushed over to Cole and started laying into him. Her feet felt glued to the ground for a minute as she watched the scene but the moment her brain processed what was happening she hopped off of the crate and ran over. "TJ stop. Stop!" She screamed as she struggled to pull him away. "What the hell is wrong with you? He's our friend." Normally Auden could easily pull TJ away from a fight, but this time was different. She gripped the sides of his arms as she tried to pull him away as his body seemed latched onto Cole's.

Alex nodded his head slowly. He wanted nothing more than to to be able to go over to her and wrap his hands around her. But it was over. He looked down at his hands as he felt tears building in his eyes. He felt like a wuss as he very seldom cried about anything. "Alright then." He inched off of the sofa and walked back into his room, wiping the tears away from his eyes with the sleeve of his shirt. As the lump in his throat started to form, he laid down flat on the bed and ran his hand over his face.

Katia heard him leave and she just stood there for a while with tears rolling. It was over. She slowly drifted to the sofa and crawled onto it, curling up tightly into a ball. She pulled a pillow over her face and just cried, suddenly wanting him there to comfort her and say sorry and she wished he'd never laid eyes on Cara. He was literally her everything and now it was gone. She lay there and cried until she eventually fell asleep.

TJ could hear her screaming and yet it sounded distant, like he was in water or something. He lifted his head to look at her, hearing her shout that he's their friend. He almost found it humorous. He had Cole by the scruff of his shirt but he let him go to drop onto the floor, where he let out a small moan but didn't dare move. He straightened up, a small smile spreading across his face.
"Our friend? No, Auden. Your friend. Your little fuck buddy you've been screwing behind my back." He closed the distance between them, as he towered over her, his fists clenched again. "Why?"

Auden stepped back after he spoke. He knew about them, Aislin had told. Auden looked back and forth between TJ and Cole who lie on the ground pretty bruised and bloody. "TJ, we're not fucking around like that. I swear. It was one night." She shook her head once the words were out in shock that they were leaving her mouth. They were a cliche of every cheater's apology and yet it was the only thing coming to her head. "I was drunk and we'd been smoking. It just happened. I was going to tell you but I didn't know how." She held her arm as she searched for some sort of sign that he would forgive her.

Alex rubbed his eyes, eventually dropping his hands to his side as he stared up at the ceiling. He thought back to earlier this morning when he'd proposed to her and how everything seemed perfect. He'd forgotten just how bad things could turn between them and his lying had only worsened the blow.

TJ rolled his eyes and shook his head.
"Shut the fuck up." Anger was just coursing through him, through every fibre in his body. He was fighting the urge to grab hold of her and just shake her or hit her. He'd pretty much taken it all out on Cole, though. He turned and started walking off. "He's ready for round 2 Auden, you can do him as much as you want now." TJ didn't head home, he just walked and walked and walked. His knuckles her open and bleeding, and there was even blood stains on his shirt. He didn't care though. About anything or anyone.

Cole took the beating because there was no use fighting. TJ was a killer for it and fighting would only make it worse. He was reduced now to a mess. His face was bruised all over and was even sporting a broken nose. He just felt sore from his head to his toes. He forced himself to slowly stand using things around him. Once he was up, he spat out a load of blood. Despite his condition, a small voice in his head said "well, at least you've got your teeth." He looked at Auden and shook his head.
"I'm sorry, Aud."
