Rosa watched as he walked away with her tray to go and clear it, yes he is definitely too scary she said to herself in a joking manner. "Small woman?" she said, laughing gently before continuing on, "it likely means there is a much softer side to you than you let on. Perhaps in your spare time you watch an abundance of cat videos." she walked along side him, the word demon always made her feel slightly more on edge than it should. Perhaps it was the rarity of her kind ever being in contact with his for so long. It had only happened one time before, when her mum had convinced her to see what she did for a living. "Then perhaps I am the closest you will ever get to purity and happiness." she said, looking up at him.

Daniel couldn't help but laugh when she used the nickname. "very funny." he said, chuckling away as he moved off the court and blew the whistle. He watched as they began to play, but his eyes spent most of their time on Steph. She was absolutely stunning and stood out among the rest of the group. He blew the whistle at her, "Shoulders and below missy! " he said, clearly with a joking tone as he wiggled his finger in her direction. Before turning his attention to a werewolf, "Aye Jake ! Don't howl too loud it is incredible distracting to the rest of the group"

Zaine nodded his head, "what else am I supposed to call you? I don't necessarily need to learn your name do I. Not like we're destined to be best buddies." He added, walking along the corridor slowly. They should have been in lesson by now but his bad influences had already taken its toll in her. He glanced up and down her body, his eyes lingering along her legs, that seemed to go on for miles and yet she was still so much smaller than he was. "Well I knew that already. Your porcelain skin and bright blue eyes don't leave much guess work to be done." He headed out into the main fields, inhaling the fresh air. Horrible fresh air.

Stephanie ducked as a couple of the stronger witch girls sent balls flying towards her lol and she stumbled, landing face first, her chin amazing a rather loud crunching noise as she let out a little yell. Well she was out of the games that was for sure. Shuffling onto the side of the floor, she putting her hand gingerly to her chin and winced slightly, closing her eyes for a moment. She'd always argued about having to play these sports, how everyone was so much stronger and powerful than she was. Wiping some blood away, she leaned against the wall, pulling herself together.

"Well, just in case we do end up being "best buddies", my names Rosa. " she could feel his eyes on her body as they walked together, her concept of time completely out the window. Daniel had taken his eyes off of Stephanie and during that time it had appeared she had fallen, his eyes shifting over in her direction. Fuck. She's bleeding. He swallowed a little, the teacher muttered into his ear "are you sure you are ready to deal with that?" but Daniel simply nodded, he grabbed the small first aid kit and made his way over. "well well well, what have we got here? Did someone get a little too carried away and let their guard down?" he said with a laugh as he lowered himself so they were now eye level. He moved his gaze down to the small box, opening it up to get an antibacterial wipe out. "okay, hands aside. Let the doctor in."

Zaine felt a little thankful she had disclosed her name, it made him feel just a little more comfortable with talking to her. She obviously wasn't running away any time soon. "I'm zaine." He mentioned as he walked over to a small bench and sat down, lighting up a rather fruity smoke that didn't include tobacco. Taking a long drag, he exhaled through his nose before turning back to her. "You're not a shape shifter, shape shifters are squidgy. You're all bone." He smirked and took another long drag, thinking for a moment. "Because prison was too boring for me so they expect me to get an education instead."

Stephanie hesitantly moved her hand away from her face, the blood dripping down her neck slowly, wow. What a good way for my life to be recklessly finished, she thought to herself. "I mean no offence but I'd rather you didn't just kill me off.. it's only a graze.." she joked. His large fangs and pal exterior had given his image away quite quickly, her father and mother were the same. And though Stephanie had the teeth to show, that was where it ended. "It's not fair. Everyone has their powers, their strengths, I shouldn't be made to play against them." She sulked slightly, swearing under her breath as be wiped.

Rosa smiled when he mentioned his name, Zaine, it was a rather nice name actually. She watched as he pressed the small wrap to his lips, her eyebrow slightly raised before she looked away. It must have been a hilarious sight to see - an angel and a demon sitting on a bench. "hmm okay that is very true. You caught me there." she laughed as she pulled her legs up underneath her so she was sitting cross legged. As she fixed her dress so that she wasn't flashing she looked over at him. "what were you doing in prison?" she asked, "if you want to tell me that is.. "

Daniel looked at her again, laughing faintly. "well, we shall see what I can do. " he began to dab around the wounded area, trying to be as gentle as possible as the small sheet soaked up all the blood. He was trying incredibly hard to make his fangs retract so that he didn't appear off putting. "There we go, all the blood is gone.. however." he paused, picking up a plaster, "we need to keep that covered just in case." he laughed, opening the plaster and gently placing it onto her chin. "there we go - alive and well. You will be able to fight another day soldier."

Stephanie closed her eyes tightly and grabbed onto her legs, clenching on, the pain a little bit too unbearable but she worked through it. Opening her eyes back up she looked into his eyes for a moment, giving him a small smile. He was being so kind to her yet she didn't exactly understand why. Surely he was supposed to hate her, want to attack her? "I'm sure I look hot to trot right now." Wiggling her jaw around, she pushed herself back up to stand up, rubbing her knees. "I guess I should just sit the rest of the lesson out."

Daniel helped her up to her feet before rising himself. "Well my mother brought me up to be an honest gentleman so I must Say, yes yes you do look hot." He said with a smile before ruffling his hair around, "yeah I don't want you to take anymore casualties. One is definitely enough for today"

Stephanies eyes softened at his kind words and smiled softly at him, pushing some of her stray strands of hair away from her face. This guy was giving her serious butterflies and it was becoming dangerous. Her father would be pleased, sure, but the danger scared her. "Well, thanks big D." She repeated, smiling innocently at him before wandering off, sitting down on a bench just outside the hall, picking up her water bottle and taking a large swig from it.

Daniel chuckled at her comment and watched her walk out of the room. He couldn't deny the fact he was checking her out. But he went back to finishing his class, but took his phone out and messaged his friend Zaine "Mate I have found a gem and she is human, would you believe it?

Stephanie couldn't seem to stop herself from glancing in to the hall now and again to look at him. He was so lovely looking and handsome, but it was so scary to be falling in lust with a vampire. Getting up when the end whistle went, she walked back in, a lot more calm and less sweaty now. "Thank you for rescuing my little chin, Daniel." She said quietly, standing in front of him, not paying attention to everyone else heading into the changing rooms.

Stephanie let her hair loose from the pony tail and took off the dodgeball bib, chucking it down on the floor where everyone else had chucked them. Shrugging her shoulders she looked up at him, loosely crossing her arms over her chest. "Well you've been quite kind to me this lesson so.. plus, you're not so bad, you've had plenty of chance to kill me but you haven't." She admitted quietly. "I know this is going to sound weird but I heard there's a party happening the weekend, so you fancy having a couple of drinks with me there?" She asked.

Daniel kicked the bibs into a neat pile with his foot while she was talking, but his full attention was most certainly on her. He couldn't help but laugh, "Why would I have killed you? I'm not a monster like my kind are normally associated with." but never the less he gave her a smile as he admired her. "You know what, that sounds like it would be absolutely incredible. Here, let me give you my number." he whipped out his phone and read Zaine's message and quickly responded fuck me sideways - pics or she isn't real. Then he read out his number too Stephanie. "Sorry about that, my friend isn't usually good with talking to ladies and he's apparently been able to maintain a conversation with one."

She teased adding his number into his phone and sending him a quick text so that he had her number back. "You haven't met my father. He's one of you. You'd probably know him if you saw him to be honest, he has a lot of authority in the blood sucker world apparently."

He is uh.. a little different from most guys so it's not easy for him to find love shall we say." he laughed, before raising a brow. "Oh..? Really..?" he paused, probably not a good time to mention his awful reputation. "how come you aren't one then?"
