lilliane shrugged her shoulders, not quite sure how she would tell him, if she ever did. it was difficult enough for her to come to terms with the fact that her boyfriend had  been manipulating her, but to admit it to someone else. "my boyfriend.. he does't like it when I get things wrong.." she began, trying to avoid his eyes.

"we got together when I was 14. he had just turned 17. he'll be 19 next week, so it's been two years now." she shrugged her shoulders. "it wasn't so bad at first. he'd just yell at me now and again. but one night we were.. you know.. and he got violent."

Scott looked at her, she made him feel so sad. He didn't want her to love her boyfriend, as selfish as that may sound. But in his mind, anyone who hurt her didn't deserve her, and he couldn't quite get his head around why she woukd still love him. "Lilliane..."
