jaxon didn't even register romany's shouting: all he could think about was how cruel his parents were acting towards him. marrying him off without his consent? what kind of people would do that?! he was just so disgusted...and then his mind fell to think about sapphire. her caramel skin and chocolate hair that was naturally straight and smelled of vanilla. her "sapphire" blue eyes and the smile that always made his heart flutter. no, he thought. no, i won't let this happen. i can't let his happen. and his eyes finally shifted to look up at romany, he knew she didn't want this either, which was fine with him because he barely even knew her and had no love for her in his heart. it was all for sapphire. as dwaine had said it would best for the family, jaxon finally felt the anger boil up inside of him and he couldn't contain it in him anymore. standing violently up, he pushed his chair back until it fell over, clenching his fists as he felt everybody stare up at him. jaxon would never become angry; he always had a soft and gentle touch about him and a caring and kind personality. he would try and help out someone whenever we could and wasn't like his parents who were mesmerised by riches such as money and fine dining and jewels. "how is this helping anybody?!" he shouted at all of them, forgetting that soren and lacey were still there too. he loved them, but he had finally had enough. "why are you marrying us off? for pride? for space? for...for money? why?! i don't even love her! god...what is wrong with you people?!"
juliette's breathing quickened as his hand fell onto her neck, closing her eyes for a few seconds again. a tingling sensation had formed in her stomach, making its way around all of her body. what the hell, juliette?? she had suddenly thought to herself and hey eyes snapped open, heat rushing to every part of her body. this was wesley, not nathan...so...why did it feel so good? wait, it didn't feel good...oh there she went, indenial. of course it did and to be honest, this had been going on for quite some time now. sometimes wes would say things that would make butterflies appear in her stomach or lightly touch her for whatever reason and it made her feel that sensation all over again. up until now, she had been telling herself it had meant nothing. why would she like wesley if she had a perfectly amazing relationship with nate. "you won't have to." she said fiercely, taking the can of cider from him and downing it. after taking a few more sips of it, she could already start to feel the cider set in. in fact, she started giggling, poking his cheeks and getting really close to his body, snuggling his face against his chest and her blonde locks brushing against his chin. "mmmmm....wesleyyyyy..." she giggled, looking up at him and tapping his chin. "you're soooo....cuteee...."
