Luna's patience had been tested to the limit over the last few days of hiding out in the skatepark and being unable to use any magic it had been a rather uncomfortable experience all round. Thankfully Dymitrius had managed to get them some blankets so she could at least cuddle up and sleep comfortable and not freeze to death during the night. But his mood had been horrendous, on edge at any slight creek or if the wind blew a certain way so she was thankful they could finally go home. On top of all of that she had been struggling with staying awake for longer than a few hours at a time and her magic was taking longer than expected to return. This morning she let a small groan escape her lips as she heard him moving about and as he hurried over to her she gave him a small smile, "good morning grumpy pants," she said with a sleepy laugh.

Connor held back from groaning, they had been trying to find the puffins all damn day with no luck but he knew that if they did find them Gabbies face would light up instantly and that would therefore make him happy. "Yeah lets see if we can track them down today," once they were in the car he set off towards the destination that was known as a common gathering point for puffins according to all of his wife's research. "have we got gifts for everyone? I know we picked up for our families, got plenty of magnets for people and ourselves." he was checking off boxes in his mind, not wanting to miss anyone out because there was no coming back once they were on that plane. "still wish we could take home some of that delicious fish and chips that we had on our first day here."

Gabbie gave him the sweetest little face until he finally give into her, plus her eyes were glistening slightly which she was sure to seal the deal with. “One more try and then I’ll promise I drop it.” She fluttered her lashed at him, getting comfy in the seat, thinking about his question. “Yeah I think so, there’s d and Luna, sasha, your dads my dad, my mom.. anyone else we’re missing out?” She raised an eyebrow. Reaching her hand over to rest on his leg while he drove. She’d been a little distant since Eden had turned up but she’d finally got over that hurdle. “Did you enjoy that baby?” She laughed, the role has been real good. Especially considering her appetite, it had really hit the spot.

Connor shook his head a little as he laughed, he would do anything for his Gabbie that was for sure even if it meant hunting down these damn puffins. "and we got something for Shaun as well.. no I don't think there's anyone else." While his mind began to wonder back to the tribe he wasn't close enough with any of them to bring back something special, "is it bad to say it might have been my favourite part of the whole trip?" he teased. Resting his hand down on top of hers he let his thumb stroke her hand as he continued driving. Another fifteen or so minutes later they had pulled up at the perfect spot and hopped out the car to begin their adventure. "at this rate I'm starting to think puffins have gone extinct you know," he joked.

Gabbie nodded. “Of course can’t forget the cute little poncho we got him, even if it won’t exactly be cold enough back home for him to wear it.” She jumped out as soon as they got there and she shrugged her bag in, holding her phone in her hand to take a picture when they spotted the . “Nooo don’t say things like that! They’re here somewhere, they have to be..” he trod along heading along the coast of the little lake they’d got to, this was where she’d been told would be the place to be and.. yes! “There, look!” She pointed rushing over and crouching down by the wall where they were, being careful to stay still to not scare them. But they were so used to the tourists they didn’t bat an eyelid. Something else had caught Gabbies attention though.. a rather pale, blonde figure in the distance. “Is she for real..” she muttered under her breath.

Connor had to admit the punch they had bought Shaun was ridiculously cute and even if it was just worn for a few photo ops it would be adorable. Given the boy was a halfbreed it meant he may not be as warm blooded as his father but it was hard to tell when he was so young. "thank fuck!" he chuckled as he followed close behind her to get a good look but was being very careful. "they are pretty cool after all." he said but then his attention shifted as his senses picked up the distinct sent of pure angel.

Eden knew that they would be there, she had been told by a tracker angel that was still operating in heaven. This was going to be an interesting day but she knew that the couple were far too kind hearted to refuse her. Smiling brightly when they made eye contact she waved and hurried over, "hey! I was hoping I would bump into you two actually." she let a small giggle slip through her lips, "I uh, I'm in a bit of a pickle actually."

Gabbie was less than impressed. She had big plans for the rest of the day, big wild plans for her and Connor and now they’d all been pushed aside because this stupid little angel decided to show up yet again. It seemed she was becoming the route of Gabbies bad mood this week. But she carried on paying attention to the puffins, a small one even hopping towards her and she reached her finger out running it along its feathered tufts on its head. That was until Eden ran over in her hurried manner and they all went flying away and Gabbie scowled, closing her eyes for a second before lifting her head again. “Hey Eden.. I thought you were going back up?” She kept her voice low as she spoke. “What’s the problem?” She asked, not entirety sure she actually wanted to know. But Connor seemed more than thrilled to see her, she could feel it,

Connor couldn't quite help himself, there was part of him that felt almost drawn to the angel but he assumed that was just a natural draw pure angels had. He had felt the same way towards Gabbie in the beginning after all. "Hey you, good to see you've invested in a better jacket." he joked, leaning against the wall as she spoke but his eyes shifted to Gabbie whose tone wasn't quite as friendly as it once had been though he didn't understand why.

Eden let her eyes linger over Connor and seeing him there now that she wasn't petrified of him was eye opening, his messy hair and goofy smile made her smile without even realising it. Then there was his height and that radiating heat he was giving off .. oh how she wanted to slip into his arms and soak up that warmth again. But she had to pull herself back down to earth and the task at hand, "Yeah I did!" she said in response to Connor before looking at Gabbie and sighing, "I tried but they won't let me up. I spent the last few days trying to get in contact with any of my friends and finally someone told me its because I touched you.. they think I'm corrupted now or something." nibbling on her lip she looked down at her feet, "so I'm trapped her."

The doors to their balcony had been tampered with, his eyes already catching onto the damage.

Gabbie saw the loo that Eden gave him and it made a funny feeling form in the pit of her stomach. It just wasn’t right.. it didn’t feel like it should have been there. It was the way she had looked at him, at that barbecue all those months ago. But that wasn’t an issue for right now. It sounded like this Angel was going through some stuff and even Gabbie had to be sympathetic at that. After all she knew exactly how it felt to not be wanted by your own kind. “I’m so sorry that happened.. that’s awful. You don’t deserve that.” She chewed on her lip gently, looking up at Connor before making a very brave decision without even consulting him. But I’d if was the other way round, Eden would do the same, right? “We will look after you.. just for a little while. Until things settle. Would you like to come home with us? I could have a word with my mother, and brother.” She suggested.

Eden forced herself to keep her gaze away from Connor, she needed to convince Gabbie to help her first before she let anything happen between herself and the werewolf. That would complicate matters, "Are you sure? Oh Gabbie that would mean everything to me. I don't know anyone else on Earth, I grew up in heaven because of how important my dads role was." and she moved over to her and flung her arms around her, embracing in a hug, "oh thank you thank you thank you!"

Connor hadn't realised he was staring until Gabbie spoke and he snapped out of it completely, had she just.. offered for Eden to come home with them?! Oh boy this wasn't going to be good for him. While he wouldn't admit it to Gabbie he could feel his hellhound purring within him when Eden was around and it was proving hard to keep at bay. But he knew he loved Gabbie, what they had was real whereas the beast within was only interested in lust, right? "Yeah of course you are welcome to come with us until we can figure out a way for you to get home. It wouldn't be right to just leave you to get through this alone."

Hugh had been waiting in the other side of the forest, and once he was sure that D and Roman had ,over in and trod further away enough, he took the chance and he jumped up onto the balcony, kicking the doors he stepped in, a small horrible smile on his face when he caught sight of Luna. “Aaah finally it’s about time me and you got acquainted don’t you think?” He strode over time her. Grabbing her wrist tight and practically throwing her into the bed. “You know, there’s a little tradition and Dymitrius has been ever so greedy with you.” He tutted.

Gabbie didn’t know why the hell she’d said Tim it must have been the softie inside of her calling out. “I know what it feels like to feel like you don’t belong. Don’t worry, we will work on it.” She smiled and let her go. “Right we need to book your plane ticket.. I have some savings, so that’s fine.. and you will be able to sleep in our spare room, until we sort out what’s really going on.” She was mumbling more to herself than anything. She looked down at her phone and sighed. “It really is time to go now, we need to drop the car off.” She mentioned, walking back to the car with them and opening the passengers seat.. which Eden jumped straight into. She raised her eyebrows and just slumped into the back seat, staring out the window as Connor drove them back to the hire place.

Trying to communicate with D during it but he was just out of range and her magic was nowhere to be seen.

Eden smiled brightly and finally released Gabbie from a rather long, drawn out hug, "you two really aren't anything like what I thought you were, I'd be lost without the pair of you!" nodding her head as Gabbie rattled things off to herself she found her eyes wondering back over to Connor and even with a jumper on she knew that only pure muscle would be underneath. As the trio headed back to the car she kept close to them and when Gabbie opened up the passenger door she jumped right in and pulled it closed behind her before turning her head to Connor, "it's incredible how confident you are driving a car that isn't even yours or just a car in general. these machines seem so terrifying."

Connor raised a brow when they got in the car and he had expected to see Gabbie smiling at him from his side but instead there was Eden beaming at him and he glanced into the back seat and gave his wifes leg a quick pat of reassurance before he began driving towards the hotel to collect their bags. It was good because the rental car company had a drop off point at the airport so it meant he could drive them all right there without needing to take a detour and a taxi. "Well I prefer motorbikes but that didn't seem fitting for this climate," he chuckled. The journey to the hotel didn't take long and once they got there he turned to the two girls, "you both wait here and I'll grab the cases." and just like that he rushed into the hotel to grab them.

Hugh ran his t fur over his teeth as he glared down at her. She got up and backed away, but all she did was back herself into a corner for him, which made his job much easier. He brought his hand up and ran it along her cheek, before running it through her hair and grasping it, throwing her to the bed again but this time he leaned over her, glaring down at her. “The harder you fight, the worse this will be.” He informed her as his rough lips traveled along the sensitive skin of her neck, his knee between her legs so that she couldn’t wriggle away from him. He was in his element, his hands wandering u til he felt some teeth sunk into his neck and he was thrown to the side.

Gabbie felt really patronised by the pat to the leg and she wanted to shove his hand there and then. Something just didn’t feel right but she was pushing it away for now. Mainly because it was stupid, this was the start of their life together, it must have just been the holiday blues because they were going home. so instead she pouted all the way until they were back at the hotel where Connor jumped out to grab their case and bags and stuff. She leaned forward a little, biting on her lip before looking at Eden. “Just so you know.. me and Connor have a real strong soul mate connection and nothing will ever beat that. So don’t even try it.” She warned, before sitting back when he got back in the car and she plastered a smile back on her lips.

Eden watched as Connor got out of the car, admiring his rather perky behind as he walked off into the hotel but her attention shifted to Gabbie as she leaned forward. "Oh right of course you do! I'm not trying to come for your man or anything, I'm sorry if that's the impression you got," for a pure angel she really had mastered the art of lying, "it's just I've never actually seen a werewolf before. we were always told they were monsterous creatures that just wanted to rip you limb from limb but Connor is so.. well nice? It's so confusing." Pausing for a moment she asked, "is everything we were taught a lie?"

Connor was none the wiser that there was an issue going on, as far as he was aware Gabbie was perfectly happy and hey, she had invited Eden to tag along after all he had no say in the situation. He returned to the car with the suitcases and shoved them into the boot before returning into the drivers seat. "got all the bags and as promised Gabbie," he said handing her one copy of the hotel room key that she had been hoping to keep instead of returning just for memory sake, "it seems I misplaced one of the keys and well what can I say? It happens."

He can get a wandering eye sometimes, something to do with the hellhound nature..” she shrugged, feeling a little bad that she’d made that assumption. She had to laugh though at what came out of Eden’s mouth. “Pretty much, I’ve learned the hard way that everything they tell you isn’t what it seems. And you know, we will even get takeout when we’re back and you can try all the yummy food.” She told her. Smiling when Connor came back, she made a point of leaning forward and planting a kiss to his lips, taking the key off him. “How devilish of you.” She teased, leaning back and getting comfy again as they made their way to the airport.

As Gabbie leaned forward to give Connor a kiss he held her there, indulging just a little more than he probably should have in front of company but man he did love her. Readjusting himself in the drivers seat he pulled on the seatbelt and headed off towards the airport, "takeout will be the best thing you've ever tried Eden and thats a promise." he chuckled, Connor was definitely bias due to his love for food.

Eden let her mind ponder over this piece of information, so Connor had a bit of a wondering eye that would make things even easier for her to form a bond with him and living in their house? oh it would be all too easy. "I don't know.. it might ruin me." she said in response to Gabbie but as he said that it would be the best thing she ever tried all of a sudden she couldn't wait, "well then we need to do it!" she said excitedly. An hour or so passed of them all chatting, or well mainly her trying to get Connors attention but they finally made it to the airport and they all got out of the car and headed inside. It probably looked all the three of them travelling but only two suitcases but no one was about to question them.
