Don't bother turning up to my trial tomorrow, either. He hesitated before sending, sliding his phone into his front pocket, where it barely fit but he could feel it. Wrapping his arm around her waist he kept a secure hold of her against his side. Public interaction wasn't something he was good at, he couldn't even remember the last time he had done something like this. "You're not having any second thoughts about this, are you?" He asked quietly, heading into New Look.

Steph took a hold of his pillow and playfully whacked him in the chest with it, keeping it on her torso she cuddled it, somewhere for her to comfortably rest her arms while she was on his knee. "Maybe that's why my father abandoned me, maybe it's a secret that I have to discover." She joked, grinning up at him, looking back down at her slightly cracked phone screen when it buzzed. I'll run as quick as my little legs will carry me. And be good!! ;-) x she replied, resting her phone down on his bed, her full attention now on Daniel. Bracing herself for yet another wonderful kiss.. abruptly pulling away feeling his cool finger in her noise, "OI!" She bit the end of his finger.

Glancing down at his phone he saw the message from Zaine about his trial and sighed, quickly responding Think the verdict will be bad? He dropped it again, looking back at Steph. "thank god we aren't stupid enough to run away so quickly together. I like this much steadier path we are taking.. snails win the race... or whatever animla it was... the slower one wins ok."

Steoh shook her head. "Well I'm 17 years if ages and it hasn't happened yet so I don't think we have to worry about that for now." She shrugged her shoulders, her little nose scrunching up and her cheeks going a little pink, she reached up and pressed one more single kiss to his lips before swiftly pulling away, her hands falling into her lap. "I know.. and to think how much rosa is jeopardising just to be with him. She must be in love or something. We're just cool." Grinning, she nodded her head incem climbjng off his knee to sit in the bed next time him. "The hard and the tortoise?"

Daniel hadn't really thought about the age gap they had until she mentioned her own age. Eleven years difference; that wasn't too bad right? At least he wasn't grandad age or anything. Really he would be in prime attractive age for any teenager. He ran his fingers through her hair and llaughed, "well thank goodness to hear that." he held her a little longer in the kiss, not really wanting her to pull away. "I like that - Step and Daniel, the cool ones. Perhaps we should start a band... actually on that note - what sort of music do you even enjoy? that is a very important question. Especially if I ever let you in my car because I know passengers in shot gun like to think they have full control over the music but that is not always the case."

He whispered, heading to the queue, he took her things from her and popped them through with his, quickly paying and grabbing the bag, he laced their fingers together and slipped out of the store.

Stephanie had tried not to think about the age gap between them, or the fact that one day she'd be much older than him and it would maybe look a bit weird. Shaking the thought from her mind, she looked back up at him, her hands resting along his jawline, resting her nose against his, squinting her eyes. She was so in love with the moment, with how everything felt. Letting a happy sigh fall from her lips. "Hmm well I enjoy a lot of rock music, the really heavy stuff yano, that you can get really lost into. But anything I can move my body to really, I love dancing and stuff." She laughed quietly, shaking her head at him. He was so cheeky and she really admired how he was never serious with her, he constantly made her laugh, she was so happy. "By the way I've decided.. I'm staying here. I'm not going back to my other school." She whispered.

He wished they could go back to that moment, before everything went tits up thanks to the madness of the world they lived in. "You are staying?!" he said, perking up instantly, he wrapped his arms around her and cuddled her in close. "I bet that other school sucked anyway. here.. is clearly.. the cool school.. ya'know." he said laughing.

She teased, running her fingers along his collar gently. Adjusting her bum on his boney lap to get a little more comfortable in his hold, she cuddled him back, resting her head in his shoulder for a moment before pulling back again. "Well I mean I guess it's quite cool here, plus.. we have plenty of dates to go on, right?" She smiled, getting off his lap, letting out a yawn. "Which reminds me, I should go and get ready."

He held her back in close for an extra hug before letting her have some more space. "Plenty of dates huh? Well whatever ma'lady wants she will receive." he said chuckling again before kissing her forehead, "we both should probably get ready. How long do you think it will take? because honestly I don't want to spend too much time apart.. not yet."

stephanies eyes twinkled slightly, a slight mischievous look propelling itself from her face yet somehow she managed to reign it back. "Maybe one day.. It could take up to five dates you never know." She joked. Running her tongue along her bottom lip, her cheeks going slightly pink from the touch of Daniels lips on her skin. It was something she was never going to get over, it felt so wonderful. "It shouldn't take me too long. I don't smell too bad so I just need to get changed. Meet me in my room in half an hour?" Steph pressed her lips to his once more, before sashaying out the room.

"Half an hour it is then." he said before pulling her in for another kiss, his hand running into her hair and holding him against her for a minute or so before letting go of her and giving a small comical wave. He finally slipped off of his bed and into the bathroom, removing his shirt and running his hands through his hair. Realising it had been quite some time since he had had anything to drink he moved back into his room, opening up his mini fridge where he had a few blood pouches stored for emergencies.

Followed by a pair of rose embroidered ankle grazer jeans and heavily embellished top, she added a choker before sliding her feet into some chunky black boots. Curling her long locks of golden brown hair, she added a red lip, the final touch of a spritz of her favourite perfume, and she was ready. Butterflies filling her stomach. A real date. With an actual vampire. She must have been insane.

Daniel grabbed at a bag of the blood and downed it as quick as he could, the excitement and adrenaline filling his body as he thought about the date they were about to go on. Maybe he was absolutely insane? What if his control slipped up. The last thing in the world he wanted to do was hurt her, or anyone in fact. But especially Stephanie. In just a short time of knowing her she had given his life a light that he thought he no longer deserved. He slipped out his phone and texted Zaine, a bro needs you, even if you are busy running off with a girl, how do I make a good impact on this date?! help. He hit send before grabbing a fresh shirt out of his wardrobe that was a dark blue with a v neck cut to go with his black skinny jeans. Finally, he grabbed a black denim levi jacket and shoved his feet into his converse.

She pulled up her top, fiddling mindlessly with her belly button piercing, a nervous habit of hers. Daniel was the first boy she had trusted for a long time, having been dragged to this school, away from all her friends and boyfriend. Jheeze, he was probably still wondering where she'd gone. They hadn't even finished their long running game of twister they'd had going on. She couldn't feel guilty now, it was out of her hands. Steph just hoped her father had come up with some sort of excuse.

As he headed out the door he ran his fingers through his hair one more time and made his way to Steph. Once arriving at the door he took a small breath in and made a funky knocking tune against her dorm door. "Your date has arrived." he announced through the door, not wanting to open it himself in case she wasn't ready.

Striding over she opened up the door, turning her music down a little to a considerate level that they'd be able to hear each other speak. "And just on time too, I'm impressed, big d." She smiled brightly up at him, baring her lovely white teeth to him, she took his hand and pulled him in. "I won't be a second, I just need to find my cute clutch bag." Closing the door once he stepped in, she turned and walked over to her wardrobe, stretching up, she stuck her tongue out in concentration. She'd shoved all of her pretty things in a big satchel which she was seriously regretting at that point. "Stupid thing.." she mumbled, trying to grab the bag whilst on her tip toes.
