Dymitrius let Luna cling into him, this would be hard for her too considering she was his family as well now and she would have been caring for this little girl too. And she had done her best to try and save her, he knew that. He’d put so much blame on her and he needed to apologise for it, but he was a real stubborn bastard sometimes. He cleared his throat, tipping his head to the sky as his inner wolf released itself, his almighty howl winding out and leading the ashes up to the skies, showing his daughter the way she needed to follow. She would be safe now, Gabbie had spoken about what a magical place heaven was and he knew their little girl would be protected, wherever she ended up. “Thank you for being here.. I don’t know what I’d do without you,” he whispered to Luna. Rubbing his eyes dry he lifted his head to the tribe. “You are all more than welcome back to my house. There will be drinks and such..” he told them before stepping aside, away from the group.
Gabbie had shivers running down her spine from how powerful was. This was such a sad moment and yet it felt so good too, to see how the tribe cared for one another, to know that someone would always have their backs it was good. If a funeral could go well, this was it. This was how it would go. Pulling back as he let out his howl, she gave his hand an extra tight squeeze before wiping her eyes clear of any tears, watching as Sasha fell to the ground it felt like Gabbies heart was joining her. “I’m just going to go check on her.” She whispered to him, kissing his cheek before shuffling over to her friend, Colton was holding her tight but she rested her hand on Sasha’s arm, rubbing it gently.
