Connor's eyes were going dark, the hellhound inside of him burning to show itself but now was not the time for that. Turning his gaze towards the window he focused on the outdoors, the leaves blowing in the wind and he released a breath. "Of course it is.." he said faintly but when the mention of Gabbie forgiving him came into question he growled, shifting forward to slam his fist on the table, "that's different." but it wasn't really and he shook off his hand and moved back against the wall. "If she's the one you want to spend the rest of your life with then by all means forgive her, move on with her but don't let her eat you up and then spit you out until there's nothing left." Running a hand through his hair he looked at the clock, he didn't want to let Gabbie get too far away, not with the twins inside her belly and he had this need to keep her as safe as possible. "and if you decide to turn her you realise what she becomes, for the entire tribe.. being the luna isn't going to be a simple task."
Luna was thankful for the lack of interruptions, it meant she could get everything out in the open but the look on Gabbie's face was exactly what she expected it to be. It was already hard enough explaining to people that Lucifer and her had been together a few years ago, let alone explaining it to his daughter who was around the same age as her. That changed the narrative dramatically. A slight cringe took over her body at the term father and she shifted her gaze momentarily, "Luci and I have a past that predates my knowledge of him being your uh.. yeah. There's a thousand excuses I could try and use but yes, that's exactly what I did. I was selfish, I did what I always do which is run from anything that became too difficult for me to cope with." she admitted, letting a sigh out as she looked deep into Gabbies eyes, "When I couldn't save her - I knew they both blamed me, I blamed me. All this fucking magic and I couldn't make it count when it should have," lifting her hand up elegantly the sky shifted and snow began to fall in a specific spot beside them, "somehow D has found it in him to forgive me and I'm not going to lose him"
