Stephanies cheeks went a little pink and she quickly shook her head. "I'm sorry, I must have my fathers bad manners. To us, and our first date of many, hopefully." She added, a little glimmer of hope in her eyes as she said it. Taking one more small sip from her glass before putting it down, saving it to have with her dinner. Cheeks turning a brighter red at his comment. "Well thank you, big d. You're extremely handsome.. but I'm sure you've heard that enough times in your life to know how true it is." Letting the waiter place their food down, she thought about it for a moment whilst cutting her meat. "Well I'm very pale.. and I have heart problems too. Our doctor reckoned it's all related."

"bon appetit" he said as he picked up his napkin and covered his lap in hopes not to spill any - he was generally a messy eater, and picked up his spoon. "Heart problems?" he said, with a pause, "I hope nothing too serious" he meant that, the last thing he wanted was for her to be in pain or suffer in any way. At least he knew he would hear if her heart ever did stop.. perhaps not a warm thought but something that meant he could help if it ever slowed too much.

Stephanie felt bad. She hadn't been brought up with much respect or understand and she had a very selfish streak to her attitude, she knew that. But daniel seemed to understand her and appreciate her words no matter what. "Nothing too serious but it's constantly slowing itself down. Eventually it will slow down or I will need to be altered for me to survive." She sighed softly, looking down at her meal, she gulped. She was going to have to eat this in front of him, like a lady. If she were at home she would simply pick it up and rip at it with her teeth. Cutting it up into a couple of large chunks, she chewed on it before swallowing down. "You're right, this is good."

Daniel felt his heart sadden at the mention of her heart slowing down entirely, "well when they day comes I'll be ready to help you in anyway possible." he said with a gentle, warm smile before proceeding to take spoon fulls of his blood and spice soup, being incredibly careful not to spill any onto his lap or down his face. But he couldn't seen to take his eyes off her, or the bloody delicious steak in front of her, she was simply mesmerising. "well I am glad to hear it, beautiful." he smiled, before letting his spoon rest in the bowl so he could have another sip of wine from the glass before topping up both of their glasses once again.

She teased, ripping the meat apart she gobbled it down swiftly, letting a small burp escape from her lips, she blushed bright red. "Pardon me.. sorry.. I.. that was delicious." Was all she could stutter, quickly picking up her wine glass, she swigged the glass down, the bubbles travelling straight to her brain it seemed. Looking around the restaurant before back at him. "It's been a long time since I've been on a date.. and I couldn't imagine anything more perfect than this." She told him quietly.

Perhaps not the armour part, I'm not a particularly huge fan of the idea of wearing thin sheets of medal on my body when I could wear a leather jacket instead... but I won't be opposed to riding on horse back with a large sword." he chuckled, a smile appearing on his lips when she burped. Darn it, she is even cute when she burps? unbelievable. "No no don't be sorry, I'm glad you feel comfortable enough to do it around me." he grinned, raising an eyebrow when she downed the newly poured glass of wine. "I was thinking exactly the same." he said with a smile on his lips, "I wouldn't trade this moment for anything."

"I mean there was no controlling that one, it came from deep within." She giggled, rubbing her stomach, now full up on rich meat and string wine, her head feeling a little dizzy from the three glasses of wine she had now consumed. "Right, shall we grab a hold of the bill then?"

"ROSA?!" she shouted into the room but when she got further in she saw the two of them, kissing, on the edge of the bed. "FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THINGS HOLY WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU ARE DOING CHILD?! Fornicating with this disgusting being? Get back here at once." she turned her attention to Zaine, who was damp, clothesless and defenceless. "and you. I knew I had seen your filthy face before. I bet you haven't told my daughter the horrors you have caused."

"well actually not all armour is heavy per say, it depends on the metal they use. obviously the further back in time you go the heavier it gets.. or if you are a prototype version of Iron Man then it'll likely be heavy." Daniel paused, realising he had now rambled on further than expected, "regardless it'll be a leather jacket." he said before finishing off the last few spoon fulls of his dinner and wiping his mouth with the napkin - a success, he had managed not to spill his food all down him for the first time since meeting Steph. "I thought it was cute, controlled or what." he chuckled, waving down the waiter, "indeed we shall however I am paying for it." he said, waving his hand over at her card holder. "this is a date and it gets to be my treat."

Stephanie giggled, reaching her hand over she squeezed his, shrugging. "Well the leather jacket definitely suits you, that's all that I can say about it." She raised an eyebrow and went to pass her card to the waiter, but Daniel had got there before her. What a gentleman, she couldn't have come up with a more perfect date if she tried. "Well then I definitely owe you for this, I'll buy us dinner next time." She agreed, slipping her coat back up over her arms, slipping her card holder back into her small bag, she stood up and took her hand, giving him just once small kiss before heading out of the restaurant, thanking the waiter as they left.

Madeline completely ignored her daughter, disgusted to the core with her behaviour. She was standing over Zaine now, the power radiating from her body. "you have ruined my daughter, for a start." she narrowed her eyes before letting out a quite cynical laugh which was odd to hear out of an angel, "oh have you now? do you remember this face." she said, slapping down a picture of her eldest, and only, son. "His name was Gabriel, my first born, not that you asked him that before you brutally killed him and hung his body up for the world to see."

Rosa lifted her head, hearing her brothers name, "what..?" she said, her breathing turning heavy and her head turning to Zaine as her eyes filled up with tears, "you didn't .. right..? " a wave of sickness filled her entire body as she looked over in their direction - this couldn't be happening.. could it?

Daniel smiled, grateful that she hadn't pushed harder to pay. He was a gentleman first and foremost and since it had been a long time since he had been able to properly treat a woman he wanted to do everything right. He rose from his seat and pulled on his jacket, putting his arm around her when he went in for a kiss before slipping his hand into hers and leaving the restaurant, "Alright then, I can work with that. It's not like I am hard to buy food for" he chuckled lightly as they wandered down the street, "is there anywhere you would like to go now?"

Stephanie let her handd drop into his as she led the way out of the restaurant and began heading down the street, in a little world of her own. The fresh air hitting her, she realised just how much alcohol she had probably consumed. Blinking a couple of times, she smiled up at him, her eyes twinkling under the moonlight. "Uhm.. not really. Would.. would you like to stay in my room tonight though, Daniel? I mean you don't have to if you don't want to but I just thought we could chill out and watch a movie, have a couple more drinks if you want to." She suggested.

"I, Madeline, sentence this demon to be banished from this earth and condemned to hell where he belongs." the glow in her eye now was no longer of pure angelic kindness but evil and pride. "little Zaine, you won't be able to hurt my daughter or in fact any of my daughters anymore." she let go of her hand and Zaine vanished, his body being pulled straight back to the hell pit he belonged too.

Daniel held onto her hand firmly as they walked along the street back in the direction of school, "now that depends on what sort of movie you want me to watch. Can it be one of those shitty horror films where they all split up and comically scream?" he chuckled, gazing ahead of them to ensure there was no danger around. However the night air seemed still, quiet, peaceful. It was an incredible night to be alive .. well.. dead and alive. "it shouldn't be long until it starts snowing you know, with winter right around the corner. I do love making snowmen you know." he said, nudging her side gently as a hint that they would be doing that together.

He bellowed, picking him up by his neck and holding him to the wall. "You had a life ahead of you boy, you had good things coming and now you've pissed it all up the wall. How DARE YOU. and as for that disgusting girl, she'll get what she deserves. Don't dare think she's escaped my wrath in this, too." He threatened, letting go of his neck.

Stephanies mouth opened to form a small 'o' shape before grinning up at him again, shrugging her shoulders in a casual manner. "It's as if you're judging my choice in movies, I'll have you know I could become a film critic if I wanted to. But he's, a trashy horror sounds perfect right now.. do you wanna stop off sa your place so you can get some of your sachets or whatever? I don't want you getting hungry or anything." She smiled up st him, giving his hand a little squeeze. Letting him know she understood and supported him. Looking up at the sky, the thought of winter made her smile grow wider. "It's my favourite time of the year. And making snow angels is the best."

Rosa just kept running, it felt like an eternity before she finally slowed herself down and crumbled into a heap in a small play park. It was in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by dying trees and forgotten grounds, all of the equipment was decaying and rusty. She pressed herself back against the side of the swing set, trying to get her heart rate to slow down. What had just happened? Everything had been so perfect.. now.. now I'm alone.. she went to reach for her phone to text steph or dan and that was the moment she realised it wasn't on her, it was likely still in her bag back at the hotel. "shit" she mumbled as she rubbed her face dry of the tears, which only left red marks. "I shouldn't of left him.. " as she whispered it to herself her mind started to go wild about what her mother would of done to him. Was he dead? After the way he spoke about Gabriel she wouldn't be surprised if her mother had driven a knife through his heart or torn off his head.

Daniel stuck his tongue out at her when she made the o shape, just teasing her a little, "I am sure you have a great choice in films and tv shows and what not.. however I will also bet you have watched all of gossip girl three times throw and would love to be Blair." he chuckled before nodding his head gently, it was sweet that she was thinking about him like that, looking out for him. "that sounds like a good plan, and I'm fairly sure I have a bottle of gin stored away in my room as well ..it's raspberry infused ya'know. the best stuff." he chuckled, "ah thank god you like winter. Most people adore the summer when it's overly warm and my skin feels like it's about to melt right off my body. But nothing quite like throwing snowballs at the ones you care about and then hiding and seeing their confused face as they look around frantically for the evil being that would throw one."

He spat, grabbing her tightly by her throat, holding her up in the air.

Steph raised both of her eyebrows, "well if we're going to be specific, my program of choice is Gilmore girls and I'd like to be Rory Gilmore thank you very much. But only if you'll be my Logan hansburg of course." She let out a girlyish giggle and followed him back through the gates, shivering slightly, feeling the change in the winter air. Her eye she lighting up at the sound of gin. "That's perfect, raspberry is my favourite fruit so I think we're a perfect match to be honest." She nudged him gently, heading through into the building quietly. Although there was no official curfew, it was still seen as forbidden for girls and boys to be mixing in rooms after 10pm, so they were going to have to be sneaky about their plans. "Throwing snowballs at people isn't very nice is it big d, I'll make sure I protect myself."
