Arabella woke up in the morning, and sat up - rubbing her eyes sleepily. She put a hand to her lower back; the sofa really did give you pretty bad back ache. She leaned back against the arm of the sofa and pulled the duvet up to her chin. No-one had come downstairs yet, which she was thankful for. After a while she pulled herself off of the sofa and slowly walked upstairs, her hand against her back. She sneaked into their room, careful not to awake Cole, and grabbed some shorts and a shirt out of her wardrobe and walked into the bathroom. Stepping out of her clothes, she jumped into the shower and began to wash her hair. She still didn't know what she'd do about Cole, but she could dwell on that later.
Joey laughed. "Not really." he pursed his lips. "Besides, they pick me. I don't pick them. Who am I to refuse a girl?" he smirked and then grinned widely at her. He realised that he treated girls pretty badly, but oh well. As he and his friends used to say; treat 'em mean, keep 'em keen. Joey chuckled. "Fine I'll stop singing." he smirked and felt her go limp against him, and felt her breathing steady as she fell asleep. he looked down at her angelic face and smiled, turning the DVD player off and falling asleep beside her, with his arms around her protectively.
