"I'll try!" Marie answered, glad to see that Oscar had managed to get Benji out from behind the wall. That was one less thing to worry about. But Oscar was right, they needed to get out of there, fast. Marie moved closer to Melanie. She seemed to be in even worse shape than what she had been in when Marie had left her, only a few minutes earlier. had it really only been that short an amount of time? "Hey there, do you think you can get up and walk if I support you?" Not waiting for an answer she looked back at Oscar. "Do you think you can get Benji walking?" It didn't look like the other boy was in any better shape than Melanie. It would be a tough job getting those two out of the room unharmed. She quickly scanned the proximity. At least there weren't any guards immediately coming upon them, it seemed like they were focused on something else, something Marie couldn't see. They wouldn't be doing that forever though, Marie knew. Suddenly she spotted another girl - she thought her name was Evelyn - standing next to a wall close by, doing her best to blend in with the wall. Maybe she could help carry supporting Benji and Melanie. "Evelyn!" she called, trying to keep her voice a low enough that the guards wouldn't notice and react.
((I hope that's enough of an opening? Basically, they've just met each other, then the guards came in and they are now trying to escape. Their powers are starting to show and some of them are beginning to accept them for what they are, others are still just confused.
Also, I'm going to bed now, see you all tomorrow))
