Pierce watched students fill in and hit his table with his fist when he realised his best friend wasn't here. "The asshole!" He thought to himself and buried his head in his hands. He heard everyone talking and a figure approaching him and he knew it was the teacher asking for his assignment. He looked up with his charming smile and the teacher knew he hadn't done it or brang it to school. She handed him his 1000th orange detention slip as she tutted and looked at the time. Shit. After school. His mother would freak. As class droned on he thought about Peyton and if her day was better than his. As the class ended, he picked up his bag and headed for math, glad to be out of the stuffy classroom and excited to see Peyton. He geniuenly thought she was amusing.

Waverly didn't know how to reply to his question so instead she shrugged, hiding all her emotion. "I...er...forgot my planner at home so I have no idea what lesson I have now. I have really bad memory." She said and scrunched up her nose. It was something she always hated about herself, how she was so forgetful. She fidgeted with the bracelets on her wrists and stood awkwardly, not knowing what to do. She hated how she had to lie to Ollie about her planner. It was actually in the counciller's office but she didn't want him to know. At least not yet.

Peyton didn't have a great time in class, but she thought she did okay on the test. She just hoped that okay was good enough for her dad. She packed up her stuff and walked to math before bumping straight into Pierce, she laughed a little. "Sorry, hey." she said, smiling a little bit at him. 

Ollie nodded, smiling a bit. "Do you know what your next lesson is?" he asked, tilting his head. Waverly was very interesting.
