Hailee listened to the words he was saying, it seemed so strange having him show how much he cared but he wasn't wrong about her not being treated right, "well you aren't wrong.. but I can't talk about it, not here." she let out a sigh, but turned to look at him when he started to move her hair. Their eyes locked and for just a moment she thought they were about to kiss but he averted his gaze and she shuffled a little in her seat trying to pull herself together. "Come on, there must be more to you than your good body and a few relationships that didn't work out. Or are you just trying to remain mysterious Dymitrius?" she smirked a little, "Tell me something about yourself that not many people know, seeing as you now know so much about me it seems only fair."
Finlay wanted nothing more than for her warm lips to stay pressed against his skin, she had always been filled with passionate affection and her touch felt out of this world. It was hard to explain exactly how or why, but no one else he had ever been with could touch him and cause the same reaction that Martina did. "I feel like we should be singing a duet of that Rewrite the Stars song from the Greatest Showman, it seems accurate for us now." he chuckled softly before kissing her forehead. He turned, heading to the bar to place his now empty whisky glass down before coming back to her, "well I can't wait to meet her when he time is right, but I am glad that this night will be just ours, it seems fitting." he let his hand slide into hers as they headed towards the exit. On the way he said goodbye to a couple of people before they were outside and the cool night wind swept through his hair. "Is your place nearby? or would you like me to call a taxi?" he said with a smile on his lips.
