Alexius shook her head. "There is nothing to explain, you slept with another girl, drunk or not." But there was something in her that wanted to talk to him for a little while longer. "Okay. Roof top." That was always their place. That was the place she'd first kissed him, and told him that 'oh my god this is soooo insane but look' as she revealed her heart tattoo to him, and told him she loved him. She turned her back and headed up the stairs to the fire escape leading to the roof.

Alexius sat down on the ground, against the chimney, runni her fingers through her hair, pulling out some of the lugs. Her eyes diverted to him once he'd finished speaking. "and because you were drunk I'm suppose to just forget about it? you slept with another girl Ryan, this is so stupid! I don't know how you expect me to find this okay." she frowned, her eyes focused on him properly now.

Because we're going in circles and you keep telling me that you need to explain yourself but you just aren't getting through to me any more." her heart was hurting her, she was aching for him, to feel his lips just once more, to hear her nickname only she let him use. "Ryan I still love you but I just don't know what you want me to do any more."

I would do anything for another chance." his voice was becoming shaky and he knew he was probably going to break down if he didn't get himself under control soon.

It was their little joke. "I.. I just need you. Please."

I know it'll be hard for you to forgive me, I don't expect things to be the same straight away. but I need you in my life. and these past two weeks have been agonising. I'm sorry for being the biggest jackass on the planet."

She looked into his eyes, resting her forehead on his. "Do you remember the first time we were up here?" She smiled.

Ryan laughed a little to hold back his tears, "I wouldn't even dream of doing that again to you." he said, allowing his hand to run against her arm. He had missed her soft skin and her sweet scent. "of course I remember. it was one of the best times of my life Alex. I couldn't forget it." he just wanted to kiss her and hold her and stay on the roof until the stars and the moon filled the sky. but he didn't want to do anything too fast. she had only just allowed him a second chance after all.

"of course. lets go and get some warm coco in our systems." he said as he put his arm around her and led her down from the rough, making sure she didn't hurt herself on the narrow steps that led to the door for them to go back through. "You look stunning today, by the way. but I think you knew that."

It worked." she laughed and walked down the stone stairs and back into the building, her skin covered with little goose bumps as the cold air wrapped around her arms. She walked down to the canteen and sat at their seats, they'd been e,toy since they had broken up.

It definitely worked. but you didn't need to show me your body. just seeing you and how you were coping without me made me miss you." he followed her into the canteen and went and got them both a hot chocolate with whipped cream and marsh mallows and took them back to their usual seats. "here we go. one hot chocolate for one hot alex." he said with a wide smile.

Alexius shrugged. "Well I knew you always loved the piercings so I figured youd be missing them a little bit." She took her cup and took a big sip,mocking the cream off her top lip. "You look good today, by the way. Expect for you don't smell right, I guess that's what you get for leaving your spray at mine." She smiled softly and took another sip, looking around, it was like a first date all over again. So nervous.
