Vie watched as the boy got up and left. She was a tad shocked that he left before she could even say anything in response. It seemed rude if she were being honest to herself. She shouldn't of hoped for him to stay longer. no one ever stays that long. She let out a faint sigh. There are better things to do than get stuck on some boy, vie. Her gaze fell downwards, towards her plate. It wasn't spotless like some of the other trainees' plates were, but the majority of the food was gone, and that was good enough. She stood up, and started to make her way towards the dirty dish rack. Though, she had not noticed earlier, but her shoelace was coming undone. Just her luck, she accidentally stepped on it, and tripped herself. This happens often, so she was used to the falling part. But the sudden movement made her drop her plate. As the plate fell, the remnants of food she left behind flew over her torso. Splatters of food ranged from the very top of her chest, to about her mid thigh.
"Great." she grumbled to herself quietly, hoping no one would hear her.
She leaned down and picked up her plate, before moving towards the dirty dish rack as fast as she could. She was practically running at this point. Once she put the plate away, she fled the cafeteria. "Hopefully no one noticed.." she thought to herself. She tucked at her shirt a little. The spots where the food fell became sticky, and made the fabric cling to her skin. She felt gross. She wouldn't be able to train in this condition.
She found herself running through the hallways, until she fell to a complete halt. Apparently, it was a new thing to stand in the corridors and just chat. She was face to face with the little girl she was talking to earlier, and suddenly she felt extremely embarrassed. The two giants her, and Jay were talking about earlier, were standing in front of the girl, with their backs towards Vie. With all the food on her clothes, she was afraid that they would think she were a slob.
"Calm down, If you act normal, Vie, they wont notice you" she said to herself in a whisper. With the distance between her and the group, they wouldn't of been able to hear her. She tucked her head down, and walked past the three quickly, praying they wouldn't notice her. For some reason, she felt that if she couldn't see them, they wouldn't see her. The theory wasn't logical, but rationality wasn't her strongest suit.
Once she was passed the corridor the group was standing in, She ran straight to the showers. She stripped herself of her clothes as quickly as possible, and began to clean herself. The water was cold at first, but that helped her calm down, helped her focus on something else. But she couldn't help but wonder if they saw her, or what they thought of her. She wanted to be the best. She couldn't be the best if she were a slob.
(Lucky for Vie that Fiona is blind xD )
Ye, i thought about that xD
