daniel shrugged. "well I suppose dropping out of sixth form could be an option.. but we could just not tell them what's going on. this is our private life and it's none of their business. we can be a family.. and we can be together, if you want to." he held her hands and kissed them gently, sighing quietly. he hoped that she understood he would always be with her and he would help her with everything.

 

jesse got up quickly. she put her water bottle in her back and slipped her backpack on her shoulders, she needed to speak to him. he parents knew about it to, so it was only him that he needed to actually tell. she went into his room and she just burst into tears, she couldn't hold it in any more. "cole I really need to speak to you, it's important." she went over to him, biting her bottom lip as she took in a deep breath.

daniel shrugged. "i'm sure you could always just finish early or do your exams in private. or your exams might be done before the baby is born and it will be okay." he started thinking about all the options and shrugged. "yeah i'll come with you. let me get changed tough, I don't exactly want your parents to see me in my suit or they'll think something is definitely going on." he smiled and stood up. "come with me?"

 

jesse shook her head and took a deep breath. "i'm pregnant." she blurted out. going somewhere else wasn't an option, she couldn't keep it in any longer, she just had to tell him. she let out a deep sigh and pulled her sleeves over her hands, she had just about stopped crying but she was still upset. she knew he wouldn't want to be involved, it was just some stupid summer fling.

daniel nodded his head. "exactly. and I can help you with everything you need at school, and otherwise." he smiled and stood up, taking a hold of her hand. "and yeah I actually really like it, I like my art class especially. and the fact I get to see you every day is pretty great too." he grinned and walked out to his car, opening her door for her. "after you." he winked and waited for her to get in before getting in on his own side.

 

jesse shook hr head, she wasn't happy at all and she didn't want him to be happy either but now she knew she couldn't get rid of it. "NO. I don't want a baby, I don't want to be pregnant! i'm too young for this and it's just going to mess up my life." she crossed her arms over her chest protectively and looked away from him, pouting a little bit. how was she supposed to bring up a baby?!

daniel nodded his head. "I put it in your folder. I really loved you're work though, it's so consistent and perfect, i'm really pleased." he smiled and began driving to his house, glancing at her now and again. "really? what did you think I was?" he laughed and raised an eyebrow, putting the radio on quietly. "i've always wanted to be a teacher but i'm not very good at the things like science and maths. are you?" he raised an eyebrow.

 

jesse frowned at him, going quiet for a moment as she thought about it. she couldn't just leave it up to him, what sort of mother would she be? a very awful one. but she was scared she would be an awful mum regardless, and she didn't want to bring a baby into a dysfunctional family. she pulled her sleeves over her hands. "i'm not getting rid of it, that was never an option. it's too late anyway." she shrugged, thinking about it.

daniel grinned and nodded slowly. "I did hear you mention a few things about a summer romance but I wasn't sure if it was me you were on about." he chuckled and drove to his house happily, tapping his fingers on the steering wheel. "really? I failed my gcse's, I had to do them a couple of times." he laughed and parked up outside. "creativeness is the best way to express yourself." he got out and then went round to her side, taking her hand.

 

jesse shrugged. "I guess I have to keep it, there's no other choice is there?" she bit her lip as she looked up at him, frowning a little bit. "yeah i've had a couple of scans. i'm 18 weeks, I got pregnant from the very first time we got together. hence why I wear this hoody all the time." she had a baggy hoody that was like, 3 sizes too big and swamped her body. "I found out whether it's a boy or a girl soon.."

daniel shrugged and laughed. "I just thought you might have met someone else, that's all. i'm glad it was me though." he leaned in and kissed her extremely softly as he walked into his house. "uhm, make yourself at home. there is some food in the fridge and some juice if you're hungry or thirsty. i'll be down in a little while." he kissed her once more before jogging upstairs into his room. he changed into a tank top and skinny jeans with a hoody and vans, looking much more casual and younger, too.

 

jesse shrugged. "sure you can. you seem to care a lot more than I do." she stood in front of him, looking at him. "they were mad at him but they said they thought it wouldn't be long till something happened to me. they don't have much faith in me." she bit her lip. "so they haven't kicked me out or whatever. they just want me to get a job." she looked up at him, shrugging again. "why do you care so much cole? why do you want this baby?"
