chris raised an eyebrow. "well make sure you get a drnk or something, it gets pretty hot, I don't want you dehydrating." he said, stroking her back gently. he raised his eyebrows, a little taken aback from the kiss that she had given him, but he eventually kissed her back, too. "but amy does realise that, she's with mike, becky."

 

felicity smiled and nodded her head slowly. "sounds cute." she bit her lip and watched him go off, and then went into daydream mode, her eyes completely gazing over. she thought about all the times she had gone out with tom - he would only take her to bars and stuff though, nothing like this. she blinked when he came back and took her hand, and smiled at him.

chris frowned. "you might not trust her but you trust me right? so stop freaking out because this clingy thing isn't working for me." he bit his bottom lip and looked at her. he wanted her to understand that his work life and they way he was with her were two completely different things. "you need to trust me or this isn't going to work, is it?" he said quietly.

 

felicity nodded her head and smiled at him, entwining their fingers together. as he spoke, her jaw slowly dropped. she couldn't believe how perfect her night was going to be. "oh my gosh cole, you are the best." she said, squeezing his hand. she was in the best mood ever now. her favourite film was love & other drugs, she couldn't wait now.

chris raised his eyebrows at her. "are you actually questioning my love for you? rebecca you are being out of order right now. you do realise you're the only woman I ever want to be with and I love you with my whole heart? we have a child on the way, too, so why the heck would I ever leave you? i'm not going anywhere but the way you're acting is pushing me away because I can't seem to do anything right any more."

 

felicity smiled a little and crossed her legs at her ankles. she picked her fork up and stabbed at her salad, putting it in her mouth. she nodded once and smiled. "uh huh, this is yummy." she agreed, tucking her hair behind her ear as she ate slowly, not really wanting to eat. but she had to, for him. she didn't want to make cole unhappy.

chris shook his head. "it's like you have no confidence in our relationship  I haven't ever hinted that I wanted our relationship to end, or that you're going to lose me, because nothing has changed. we are just the same as we were when we start going out, if not more. now please stop crying." he wiped her tears away with his thumbs. "I need to go soon," he said quietly.

 

felicity bit her lip, and put her fork down when he was finished, giving him a small smile. "i'm done too." he said, sipping her drink through the straw. "thank you for all this, you didn't need to do all of this though. I would have been happy to just go bowing or something." she shrugged, pushing her bowl away from her so the waitress would know she was finished.

chris raised his eyebrows and smiled just a little. "you're a crazy bitch but I love you a hell of a lot, becky." he smiled and pressed his lips to hers, his hands on her sides. "you look beautiful tonight, by the way." he glanced at his watch and sighed quietly. "now I really have to go. but stay here and we can go back to the hotel together later." he kissed her forehead.

 

felicity shook her head. "I don't deserve all of this." she bit her lip and took his hand, standing up, careful not to hit herself on the corner of the table. she ran her other hand through her hair and then walked out with him, using her spare hand to hold onto the locket that was around her neck, stroking it with her thumb and finger.

chris smiled at her once more before he walked out and to the other side of he stage. he waited until the support bands got off, an they were announced, and he grinned to himself, the adrenaline now kicking in. he bounced on stage with the rest of them, waving at everyone and then sitting down at his drumkit. this was what he loved to do, to play, to entertain.

 

felicity shook her head, she didn't agree, but she wasn't going to start bickering with him. she simply just smiled at him instead, nodding her head. "I can't wait, I love going to the cinema and watching films." she held his hands over the steering wheel and sat comfortably, staring out of the window as he drove.

chris grinned to himself. after  couple of songs, and the lead singer was talking to the crowd, chris turned his head and glanced at becky, winking a her. he blew her a kiss and chuckled to himself, then turned back, and carried on performing. he was happy that she was okay again, he didn't even know amy was sat next to her.

 

felicity smiled and entwined their fingers together, wanting to stay as close as she possibly could to him, cole was the only person she really cared about now, the only person she trusted. she went in and stood in the queue to get their tickets for the film.
