daniel ruffled his hair around and put on his thumb ring on (omg I love guys with thumb rings idk). he walked back downstairs and into the kitchen, smiling at her. "hey gorgeous. you alright?" he went and stood in front of her, resting his hands very lightly on her stomach, where a small bump was forming slowly. that made him happy. he was 25 now and he had thought about settling down, with a baby, and a girl. he was glad that rosalie was the one he had ended up with.

 

jesse gulped when he said it. "please don't tell me you love me because I love you too and you're just going to get my hopes up but nothing can happen. and i'm not happy about it. it's basically ruined my future. I never wanted a baby, i'll be an awful mom." she rubbed her stomach softly as her stomach started to feel weird, and all of a sudden she felt the baby moving around. she gasped, her eyes widening as she looked down at herself. 

jesse burst into tears. what he was saying, along with all the hormones being mixed up meant that she was very crazy and anything could set her off, she was very emotional. "I don't want you to give it all up for me ad the baby, that's not what i'm asking. I just.. I dunno what I want. I don't think we can be together, i'm only 18, i'm way too immature for you. and I want this baby but I just, I won't be able to look after it. I can hardy look after myself and i'm so so so scared cole." she sat on the grund, pulling her knees up to her chest.

 

daniel wrapped his arms around her slowly and held her close, shrugging. "you're always going to have the support of me, even if it's not what you want. your parents will be supportive eventually, all parents want grandkids." he laughed a little bit and kissed the tip of her nose. "so are you ready to go now? or do you want something to eat?" he smiled, tucking a strand of her hair behind her ear.

daniel shook his head. "i'm halfway in my 20's now.. I think it's about time I start behaving nicely and I think a baby is a good way to start. no more partying on holidays or whatever." he chuckled and took her hand, walking out to the car. "so do you know how far along you are?" he smiled and opened her door for her, before getting in himself. he started the car up and put in his you me at six cd, grinning a little bit.

 

jesse rested her head on his lap, her face down so he couldn't look at her, and carried on crying for a little while. she was glad he was comforting but jesse didn't get upset very often so for once it felt okay to just let out all of her tears. she eventually stopped crying, but kept her head in his lap, staying hunched over, not wanting to speak to him because she didn't know what she wanted. it was too late to decide anything now though. she was going to have a baby whether she wanted it or not.

Rosalie smiles "Erm I'm not sure i knew I was late for about two weeks and we have been back about a month and the only time I can remember you not using protection was the very first time we slept together so im thinking I should be about three months, or just under. I will call the doctors later and get   an appointment to make sure." She said as she put her belt on. She grins when he put the cd on and started to sing along. 


Cole sighed and just stroked her hair as she let it all out. He didn't know what to say, she was scared and so was he but he was just trying to make the best of things. He wanted to be a family with her and the baby but he wasn't sue if she wanted that but if she didn't he would still be there for both of them. He picks her up and stood up "Let me take you home."

daniel bit his lip. "I always thought I used protection. sorry babe." he rubbed her leg gently and smiled. "right, where's your house by the way? I have no idea where i'm going.." he laughed and drove slowly, humming along to the cd. he drove along and waited for her answer. he was honesty excited now, that he was going to be a dad and that he was going to be able to spend all his time with rosalie.

 

jesse finally lifted her head to look at him. "you can't carry  me around school, cole. people are obviously going to know something is up. put me down, I can walk home.. don't you have a lesson to teach?" she bit her lip, not wanting to be a burden on him or anything. she rubbed at hr eyes, trying to get rid of all her make up that was smudged down her face. "i'll uhm.. well.. text me later okay?" she tried to smile but her bottom lip was still wobbling.

daniel shrugged. "there was no way I was going to be able to keep away from you, something would have happened sooner or later." he smiled and parked up outside the house. "I just wish we would have waited. I feel bad for basically ruining things." he shrugged and got out, holding onto her hand, giving it a squeeze. "it's gonna be okay, I promise you rosalie. no matter what happens it WILL be okay."

 

jesse held onto him tightly for a little while. she could feel all his muscles and he was warm and he smelt nice, and just for that moment she felt okay about everything because it felt like his arms could protect her from everything. she pulled away after a while and nodded slowly. "can we maybe.. go to your place? I don't think I want to go home just yet.. I just want to be away from everything and speak to you. I want someone who understands.."

daniel shook his head. "I love the idea of being a dad so i'm not going anywhere, rosalie." he walked into the house and smiled at her parents. he was a little nervous about meeting them. he had never seen them before because well, once their holiday was over he thought he was never going to see rosalie again. "night to meet you." he shook their hands and smiled, standing behind her.

 

jesse shrugged. "i'm okay now, I guess. it's just a lot to cope with and the baby isn't exactly being nice to me about this whole thing." she shrugged, looking down at herself. her face was beginning to fil out and her fingers were getting swollen already. "i'll go and wait by your car." she kissed his cheek gently. "thank you, cole.. mr west." she bit her lip, it didn't feel right to call him by his first name, now she knew he was her teacher.

jesse shrugged, she didn't know what to say to him because she didn't know what sort of terms they were on, and it really surprised her when he called her babe. was he just being nice so she didn't stop him from seeing the baby? she shrugged and took the keys, walking out to his car, humming to herself. all sorts of things were going through her head and she was very confused but at the same time relieved.

 

daniel nodded his head encouragingly when she looked up at him as she said boyfriend, wrapping her arms around her waist. he went into the living room. "I just want you to know that I care about your daughter a lot and whatever is going on i'm going to support her." he nodded once, before letting her talk.
